M &L for 200mm bore Reinforced Concrete Pipe class NP-2, laid and jointed with collars in trenches jointed as specified including demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for 150mm bore Reinforced Concrete Pipe class NP-2, laid and jointed with collars in trenches jointed as specified including demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F salt glazed stone ware drain pipes of 100mm bore (Internal diameter of pipe), grade `A', ISI marked, laid to slope in trenches, jointed in CM (1:1) and tested including demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L concrete bed to drain pipe including packing under and haunching against sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in PCC (1:3:6), type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate for 200mm dia pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L concrete bed to drain pipe including packing under and haunching against sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in PCC (1:3:6), type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate for 150mm dia pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) vent cowl complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs salt glazed stone ware gully trap square or round mouthed type 'P' of size 150 x 150 mm with CI grating, setting & jointing with cement with grouting surrounding gully trap with PCC 1:3:6, type C-0 block 30x30x45cm complete, all as specified and as directed.

Taking out/removing foreign material from manholes manually and mechanically and removing the same from outside MOD land including taking out manholes covers and replacing manholes covers in position for manholes of any size & depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified & directed.

Materials and labour for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM (1:4), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete of any description from any position not otherwise specifically provided for including cutting of reinforcement as necessary to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs of drains, manholes etc. including placing in position and set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for vitreous china wash down closet pan (pedestal pattern) white with ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap including plastic seat cover, white, closed pattern with flat bottom, flushing pipe, brass chromium plated hinging device including connection to out going pipe & to flushing pipe & to drain, to anti-syphonage pipe, etc as in repairs (excluding flushing cistern) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing vitreous china squatting pan (Orissa pattern) water closet (white) size 580x440mm with integral foot rests including ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap & front or back inlet complete including connection to trap and flushing pipe antisyphonage pipe etc including provision of PCC (1:7:12) type F2 in filling including matching the disturbed surface with cement mortar or like ect complete all as specified.

S&F Grating doom 150 mm dia of PTMT (Minimum weight 100gms) embedding with white cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 inluding dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:5:10) type E2 using 40 mm graded brick aggregate as in filling in sunken floors and mass including demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and finishing with cement mortar (1:4) as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching smooth and fair Note : Forming fair finished channel for drain using extra cement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified.

M&L formwork to rough finished surfaces of flat concrete, sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunching, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and bending with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 100 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in pavings, surface finished smooth and even without using extra cement at road cutting/foot path complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified.

M&L for Prepolished chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement & pigment of size 250mmx250mmx22 to 25mm thick set & jointed with cement slurry in floor and matching with coloured over & including 15 mm thick bedding layer of cement sand mortar (1:6) and pointed with grey cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished fair and even complete all as specified.
