Repairing Pot-holes with Bituminous Macadam (Grading-II, for compacted thickness of upto 75mm) Filling Pot Holes with Bituminous Macadam using Mobile Hot Mix plant (6-10 TPH) with approved crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @3.4% by wt. of the total mix, transported to site and laid in the pot hole prepared before hand by cutting the edges to get a firm vertical face and by removing all the failed and loose materials including dust and applying tack coat evenly on the sides and on the surface as per specification, rolling the filled depression with 8-10 tonne smooth wheeled roller to achieve the desired compaction, including the cost and carriage of stone aggregates and bitumen, hire charges of machinery and equipment, cost of fuel and lubricants and wages of all operational staff, quality control except the cost of tack coat complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Payment to be made on the basis of the loose net volume of the stone aggregates used in the work. Using Pakur Variety Stone materials: Crushed Stone Aggregate in loose net quantity 20 mm @ 0.049 m3, 13.2 mm @ 0.232 m3, 5.6 mm @ 0.458 m3, 2.36 mm @ 0.148 m3, 300 micron @ 0.056 m3 and 75 micron @ 0.056 m3 per cubic metre with 52.817 kg of bitumen VG - 30 (Pkd.) per m3 of loose net volume of stone chips and Anti Stripping Agent @ 0.5% by weight of binder (VG - 30 Pkd.) [depending up on size and stripping value of the aggregates] Using bitumen emulsion RS1 - Grade (Pkd.) @ 0.25 kg/m2 (The payment is to be made on the basis of loose net volume of stone materials consumed in the work)

Filling Pot-holes and Patch Repairs with open-Graded Premix surfacing, 20mm. Removal of all failed material,in the pavement courses and if necessary below the pavement,until the root causes of the failure is removed, the trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces; specified for the pavement layer; application of tack coat MS garde packed cationic emulsion @ 0.25 kg /sqm conforming to cl. 503 of MORT&H's specification , on to the sides and base of excavation prior to placing hot bituminous material as per clause 510 and the compaction,trimming and finishing of the surfaces of all patches to form a smooth continuous surface, level with the surrounding road as per the requirement of clause 3004.2 of MORT&H's specification. Using pakur variety 13.2 mm stone aggregate @ 0.018 m3/Sqm, 11.2 mm stone aggregate @ 0.009 m3/Sqm, VG 30 packed bitumen @ 1.46 Kg/Sqm and Bituminous Emulsion RS1 grade packed @ 0.24 Kg/Sqm and Anti Stripping Agent @ 0.5% by weight of binder (VG - 30 Pkd.) [depending up on size and stripping value of the aggregates]

Providing and laying Premixed Seal Coat (Type B) with Pakur variety Stone grit @ 0.6 m3/ 100 m2 and bitumen binder on thoroughly cleaned black top surface coated with tack coat, including heating and mixing cleaned grit (100 % passing through 2.36 mm sieve and retained on 180 micron sieve) uniformly with bitumen binder, laying and spreading the mix at an uniform rate using suitable means, brushing the surface, if necessary, to ensure uniformity, followed by rolling with power roller including the cost and carriage of binder and aggregates, cost of heating the binder and aggregates and all other incidental charges, cost of fuel and lubricants, including hire charges of machineries, tools & plants required for construction and quality control complete as per Clause 511 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). By Manual Means With Hot Bitumen Binder VG - 30 (Pkd.) (@ 6.80 kg / 10 sqm.) and Anti Stripping Agenet @ 0.5% by weight of binder (VG - 30 Pkd.) [depending up on size and stripping value of the aggregates] Over freshly laid premixed surface with out tack coat.
