Rendering 10mm thick cm 1:4 on fair faces of stone masonry wall surfaces, finished even and fair to receive glazed tiles all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix glazed coloured ceramic tiles 350 x 250 x 7mm thick or 450 x 350 x 7mm thick coloured on vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid in cement mortar and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring, 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing and exposed edges of Kota stone shall be rounded complete over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 finished even and rough all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick granite stone tiles(of any type) machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar in 1:6 , and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in cooking platform, and other similar situations etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from stone/ brick or concrete surface of wall/ ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick or concrete or stone masonry surfaces with cement mortar 1:6, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement and mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick plaster on concrete surfaces of ceiling with cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of chalk whiting as preparatoy to distemper including prepration of old decorated surfaces of wall with applying 3mm thick wall care putty by complete removal of existing treatment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of weather proof/ damp proof acrylic emulsion exterior paint over a coat of weather proof acrylic emulsion exterior primer including preparation of new surfaces of walls etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of weather proof/ acrylic/ damp proof emulsion exterior paint over a coat of weather proof acrylic emulsion exterior primer including complete removal of existing treatment old wall surface/ concrete surface of wall and applying plaster of paris putty of 1mm thickness, over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix aluminium alloy wire cloth 0.45 mm nominal dia. of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples/ wooden beads and fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness size quality or description) from wooden or steel frame glazed fixed with putty or fixed with beads etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for PTMT Grating round 140mm size fixed in position all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing 15mm bore and connections all as specified and directed.

Taking down MCB DBs with MCBs of any size and capacty alongwith teakwood boards, energy meter incl all fittings/ fixtures carefully and making good disturbed surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Energy meter is the property of the department and will be kept in safe custody for re-fixing or deposit in MES store.

Fixing only and connecting electric meteres along with teak wood boards upto 25 amps
