Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5m in depth for Laying of UG cable getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5m in depth for Laying of UG cable getting out soft disintegrated rock complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in thick using excavated hard/dense soil.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, Laying, joining & testing LT XLPE Insulated & sheathed armoured electric cables with multistranded aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches/ ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts duly encased in galvanised steel pipe of suitable sizes including cable gland of suitable sizes & aluminium lugs for connection for following cross- sectional areas all as specified and directed.

M & L Cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 35 to 50 sqmm including dismantling old burnt cable joint termination.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of Earth continuity conductor fixed to wall /ground of size 25x4 nn GI strip as site requirement.

Supply and fix Hot dip Galvanized Perforated cable tray of 14 SWG ,size 50 mm (h) x 300 mm (w) complete with nuts bolts washers and including all accessories for mounting and supporting the cable tray system & coupler for Raceway of suitable size ,cable clamp complete all as specified & directed.Note:- No sch of credit it is used for improvement and proper laying of existing cables fixed on wall.

Supply , Install & testing of CPRI approved OEM main LT panel outdoor type made of modular polycarbonate thermoplastic enclosures of suitable for maintenance space including MCCB , indicating lamp and other accessories which should be UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, clause 10.2.4; The panel should be anti acid and anti corrosive .Degree of protection against mechanical load IK 08 (5 joule) in accordance with IEC 62262. The manufacture shall submit a copy of CPRI TEST REPORT IN POLYCARBONATE DEGREE OF INGRESS PROTECTION IP 65 IN ACCORDANCE WITH IEC 60529. The gasket should be internally embedded made of polyurethane. The panel should have bottom cable entry with MS legs of not less than 60cm height including necessary earth/PCC work . The manufacture shall submit a copy of TESTREPORT of board made out of polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60439-1.The LT panel shall include the following:- Incomer -250A FP 25KA MCCB -1 No. Outgoing – 125A FP 25KA MCCB – 3 Nos & 63A FP 25KA MCCB-02 Nos LED RYB Indicating lamp, Ammeter with CTs, Voltmeter, 500A capacity BUSBAR. and including MCCB speders etc Make - Hensel / Schneider./Sintex/National

S&F in replacement MCCB 125 Amps, 16 KA, 3 pole, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, with thermal magnetic settings electrical connections with suitable size aluminium lugs, speders ,including taking out old existing unserviceable MCCB from panels etc complete all as directed.
