(i) Taking out old rusted LT panel three phase and neutral and taking to workshop scraping and cleaning removing of rusted parts and fabricarting panel as per IP 66 protection including 400 Amps bus bar with two coats of powder coating paints and internal wiring Andsuitable of following parts - 01 Each (a) MCCB , 200Amps , 35 KA, 04 Pole-01 Nos (Incoming) - 01 Each (b) MCCB , 160Amps , 35 KA, 04 Pole-02 Nos (Outgoing) - 01 Each (c) MCCB , 100Amps , 35 KA, 04 Pole-02 Nos (Outgoing) - 02 Each (d) Digital type panel mounted Voltmeter 0-500 volts.and ampear meter0-electric connection by using aluminium thimble /Lug of suitable size for incoming as well as outgoing LT cable - 01 Each (e) Three phase Indication lamp LED type, - 01 Set {Set of three Nos (RYB) } - 02 Each (f) Transporation the repaired panel exact location and making complete - 01 Each (ii) Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide & n. exc 1.5 m in depth for laying under ground cables/erection of pole and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified. - 36 Cum (iii) Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified. - 33 Cum (iv) Removal of excavated surplus material (Soil) to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified. - 3 Cum (v) Supplying spreading punning sand for cushioning to cable 8 cm below and 15 cm above the cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punnedthickness will only be measured. - 46 Cum (vi) S&F for old size brick well burnt, laid flat, for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. - 1.6 Each (vii) Supply & Fixing in replacement including taking out old cable or Passing through pipe, XLPE insulated, Armoured, Electric power UG cable (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, nominal cross sectional area 50sqmm 3.5 core including Brass compression cable gland, terminal lug etc and testing complete all as specefied and as directed - 80 RM (viii) Supply & Fixing or in replacement including taking out old cable Passing through pipe, XLPE insulated, Armoured, Electric power UG cable (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, nominal cross sectional area 16sqmm 4 core including Brass compression cable gland, terminal lug etc and testing complete all as specefied and as directed - 100 RM Note :- Less Credit Rs. 4100.00
