BOQ ( REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF INTERNAL WIRING BUILDING LIGHT INCLUDING CABLE MCBs AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS AT AF STATION SURATGARH.)

Taking down carefully aluminum point wiring (light, fans, socket etc) complete including battens and fittings such as switch, ceiling rose, light fittings, regulators, socket, etc. and making good disturbed surface of wall/floor, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.. Note :- Temporary power supply shall be provided by contractor.

Material and labour for point wiring (concealed) in and including rigid non metallic PVC heavy duty conduit, 19/20 mm dia as per site requirement for concealed conduit wiring with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable with flush type metal boxes modular type suitable for fixing modular switches, sockets, fan regulator etc with white or any colour cover plate with and including PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of 1.5 Sqmm as an earth wire connected to common earth and earth dolly as per IS specification & as specified for one light /fan /buzzer/socket point controlled by one modular switch. Note: Metal flush box and other modular accessories except switches, sockets, and fan regulators shall be deemed included in the rate quoted.

All as per item No 2 above but 1.5 sq mm cable size and 1.5 sq mm earth continuity wire for one 3 pin socket outlet, 5 amps on Independent board.

Taking out unserviceable cables of any sizes from trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of driver for 45/60/90 Watts LED street light luminaries complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair PCB Kit for 45/60/90 Watts LED street light luminaries complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth and getting out soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the cables have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning below and around cable in trenches with river sand complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punning down thickness shall be measured.

M&L burnt brick sub class B for cable protection laid adjacent to each other perpendicular to the direction of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI pipe light grade laying in trenches/ under floor/on walls for protection of UG cables size 50mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix thermoplastic cable junction boxes IP 55/IP 65 with metric knockout for cable entry with terminal of size 210 x 310 x 116 mm on pole with MS clamps, nut bolts, washers and glands suitable for 16 sq mm 04 core cable complete all as specified and as directed. Make- HANSELCat No. K 9500 or equivalant in Neptune.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 25 sqmm 4 core, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M and L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping etc including necessary form work and finishing the surface with cement mortar 1:4, 5mm thick finished to the portion of PCC muffs above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface of LT poles and applying two coats of aluminium paint approx 6 mtr height on outer surfaces of pole from 1.5 m above the coping/ground level up to the top of steel poles including painting of MS cross arms, clamps, nuts and bolts etc and painting alternative black and white strips of 30 CM height with two coats of synthetic enamel paint up to 1.5 mtr height from the ground/coping level complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and Taking out old unserviceable time switch and Supply and fix Analog time switch for control street light (type Quartz 1 channel 1 daily dial 1 module) complete all as specified and as directed.

Contract Amount shall be derived after deducting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 17 of tender documents.
