Providing one plumber (Possessing with all T&P) to attend day to day complain related to plumbering works, sanitary fitting such as repair to water pipe line, flushing cistern, WC, concealed stop cock, shower, hot & cold mixer, health faucet, PVC water tank, float valve, gate valve, floor trap, PVC pipe and etc all working day i.e. from 9 AM to 5 PM (8 Hrs working) complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- 1. Plumber shall be presented in AGE office from 9 AM to 5 PM (8 hrs working) to note & got rectified the complaints. 2. Day to day complaint register shall be maintained by the contractor by showing area & building / Quarter No. in which the complaint attend & got rectified. User’s signature shall also be obtained on complaint register in support of proof of rectification of complaint. 3. Bath / Sanitary fittings (If any) required at site shall be provided by Engr-in-charge free for fixing only.

Providing one carpenter (Possessing with all T&P) to attend day to day complain related to joinery works such as repair to doors, windows, glass, wire mesh and hydraulic door closer, door stopper, sliding bolt, hinges, handles, tower bolt, wooden paneling, cupboard shutters and curtain rod and brackets etc all working day i.e. from 9 AM to 5 PM (8 Hrs working) complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- 1. Carpenter shall be presented in AGE office from 9 AM to 5 PM (8 hrs working) to note & got rectified the complaints. 2. Day to day complaint register shall be maintained by the contractor by showing area & building / Quarter No. in which the complaint attend & got rectified. User’s signature shall also be obtained on complaint register in support of proof of rectification of complaint. 3. Builders hardware such as handle, door closer, tower bolt or hinges etc. (If any) required at site shall be provided by Engr-in-charge free for fixing only.
