Taking down of existing tarfelt and cement plaster of any description and thickness on roof top including flashing and junction of parapet and cleaning existing roof top surface by brooming, wire brushing including removing the debrish out of MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of brick tiles single layer on roofs laid dry or with cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of mud in roofs, any thickness including plastering & leeping (whether full or part) removal of debris at a distance exc 250m but not exc 500m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) three layered (white) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 1000 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) three layered (white), hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 20mm bore ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 and n exc 500 ltr of PVC, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 500 and n exc 1000 ltr of PVC, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on walls brick/concrete surface in cement plaster (1:4) finished even and fair without using extra cement including liquid water proofing compount Dr. fixit or equivalent @ 200ml per bag of cement content or equvalent as the percentage as per concerned manufacturer instructions complete all as directed and approved by Engineer- in-Charge and GE complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Liquid Water proofing Compound shall be measured and paid seprately.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on concrete surface on roof in cement plaster (1:4), finished even and fair without using extra cement including liquid water proofing compount Dr. fixit or equivalent @ 200ml per bag of cement content or equvalent as the percentage as per concerned manufacturer instructions complete all as directed and approved by Engineer- in-Charge and GE complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Liquid Water proofing Compound shall be measured and paid seprately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for APP based modified pre fabricated five layer 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane reinforced with polyester non woven fabric mat with 160 gm/Sqm black finished with compatible primer conforming to IS 3488 @ 0.30 Lit/ Sqm and bonding material 85/25 bitumen 1.2 Kg/Sqm before and after laying membrane laid by torch application side overlap of 75 mm and over lap of 100 mm longitudinally, at the junction of roof and parapet wall a grove of (20 x 20)mm shall be made at the height of 100mm and membrane shall be inserted and sealed with bituminous mastic joints/overlap shall be saled with hot bitumen 85/25 with and including two coats of water proofing aluminium paint on top of APP membrane shall be applied complete all as specified and as directed.

M&l for providing PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping to parapet wall/kerbs in roof with projection with and including necessary use and waste of form work etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing 15mm bore old steel tubing and connections in new or old position on walls, ceiling, floors, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing 20mm bore old steel tubing and connections in new or old position on walls, ceiling, floors, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 15mm bore, medium grade, GI tubing with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors and cutting holes n exc 100 sqcm superficial area chase, pinning in, making good to facings where required in pointing with cement mortar (1:3) for concealed water tubing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20mm bore, medium grade, GI tubing with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors and cutting holes n exc 100 sqcm superficial area chase, pinning in, making good to facings where required in pointing with cement mortar (1:3) for concealed water tubing complete all as specified and as directed.
