Taking up cast iron water mains (including all fittings), 150 mm nominal size, with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up cast iron water mains (including all fittings), 100 mm nominal size, with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up cast iron water mains (including all fittings), 80 mm nominal size, with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & laying in trenches 150 mm nominal dia ductile iron pressure pipe for water mains, centrifugally cast, spigot and socket ends (for push on joints), class K7 in any length, conforming to IS 8329-2000, outside shall be zinc coated with finishing layer of black bitumen/blue epoxy coating duly ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Rubber gasket joints (push on joints) shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking up or down 100-150 mm bore of steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store or taken on schedule of credit complete all as specified.

Taking up or down 80 mm bore of steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store or taken on schedule of credit complete all as specified.

Taking up or down 40 mm or 50 mm bore of steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store or taken on schedule of credit complete all as specified.

Taking up or down 25 mm or 32 mm bore of steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store or taken on schedule of credit complete all as specified.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore of steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store or taken on schedule of credit complete all as specified.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

S & F ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe of 20 mm size, minimum weight 210 grams complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying ductile iron fittings (ISI marked) as per IS 9523:2000 (reaffirmed 2005)) for spigot socketed pipes such as bends (any type radius and angle), tapers any type (straight, bends, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.), tee pieces, single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot), collars, caps and plugs suitable for bore of pipe up to 150 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of the existing valve chamber & M & L for construction of new valve chamber of size 900 mm X 900 mm X 900 mm including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PPC foundation (1:3:6) type C-2 40 mm grade stone aggregate as in base concrete, brick work in CM 1:6 with 10 mm thick plaster internally and 15 mm thick externally in CM 1:4, 4 mm thick MS cover with hinges and locking arrangement fixed to angle iron frame made out of 40 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm MS angles complete with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide prime on all metal works & three coats of white wash on all plastered surfaces of valve chambers complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of the existing valve chamber & M & L for construction of new valve chamber of size 1500 mm X 1500 mm X 1500 mm including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC foundation M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in base concrete, brick work (one and half brick thick) in CM 1:6 with 20 mm thick cement plaster internally and externally in two coats of (12 mm and 8 mm) in cement mortar 1:4, 3 mm thick mild steel cover of structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 riveted with angle iron (50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm) frame of structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010, frame welded to base plate of size 150 mm X 12 mm and made of structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010, base plate fixed with 300 mm thick PCC coping in M15(Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm mild steel washer, PCC benching 200 mm thick in M15(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate with necessary, welding, riveting, bolting including painting exposed steel surfaces with two coats of bituminous paint and embedded surfaces of steel with two coats of tar, finishing exposed faces of concrete surfaces and plaster surfaces with three coats of white wash as per drawing No. TD/EM/6 sheet Nos 1/2 & 2/2 of HQ CE Shillong Zone complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete M10 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Burning out lead joint in position, including removing old lead to store, etc and keeping in safe custody for reuse fo CI pipe 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
