Construction of Linear Park in front of Vanik Institute in Ward No. 25

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish from the site anddisposal of the collected materials as directed by Engineer-inCharge.

Dismantling of existing structures like walls, masonry, cementconcrete, Pavement whatever necessary, storing and disposalof dismantling unsuitable material with all leads and lifts up to5km and stacking the usable material as directed by Engineerin-Charge.

Excavation of earth in all type of soil in all types of soils as perthe suitable to the site as directed by Engineer-in- Charge andHorticulturist. Carriage of Excavated earth by mechanical means with in 5kmlead including loading and unloading with all cost ConveyanceT&P sun dries etc.complete as per direction of Enggineer-incharge.

Providing and laying Course Sand in open foundation/levelling course including labour cost complete as per drawingsand Techncial Specifications Sections 1500, 1700 and 2100.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete (1:3:6) in openfoundation/ levelling course including centring and shutteringbut excluding reinforcement all complete as per drawings andTechncial Specifications Sections 1500, 1700 and 2100.

Providing and laying Flyash Brick (25cm x 12cm x 8cm)masonry with cement mortar (1:6) in fundation and plinthincludig watering, curing and plastering etc., completeincudeing cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials &cost of all labour with T&Prequred for the work, all complete inall respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concretepaver blocks of 60 mm & 80 mm thick and M-30 grade of concrete ofrequired strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratorymethod, to attain superior smooth finish using PU or equivalentmoulds, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compactedbed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratorycompaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with jamuna sandand cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishingand sweeping extra sand in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or lighttraffic parking etc. all complete as per manufacturer's specifications &direction of Engineer -in-Charge: CODE: M1 - Providing and laying factory made chamferededge Cement Concrete paver blocks of 300mm x 150mm x 80mm thick, laid in Black color of approved pattern.

Painting two coats with weather seal coat over a coat of waterbound wall primer.

Filling of good garden soil to an average height of 0.15m (KerbLevel)with loading and unloading charges and all completed indirection of Engineer -in-Charge.

Supplying of cow dung manure well decomposed garbage freeone Tractor load including loading, unloading and delivery atsite.

Supply of Stone pebbles of size ranging from 30mm - 70mm ofmixed color garde, including material cost, trasportationcharges, labour charges as per the landscape design andinstruction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Supply & planting of shrubs - saplings, well developed, min. 0.6m high,well branched, preferably in bloom, in polybag of 30x20cm size,disease free and development including excavation up to 450mm deeр,spreading good quality soil and FYM mix, continuous weedingoperations, pre-treating area with anti-termite insecticide, planting ofplants as specified in drawings including supply of necessary labor andequipment and supply, carting, loading and storage of good quality soil,fertilizer, termite treatment chemical, weedicide, insecticide, FYM, etc.stacking of debris and casting up to any lead and lift as specifiedincluding the cost of the plant.
