Backhoe Loader ( Model Digmax) Repairing/Denting of Cabin :- The job includes inspection of cabin parts for the scope of Damage and work. It includes alignment of cabin to its original shape and removing of dents by using dent puller , tapping and hammering to restore the shape of the cabin parts as such as possible to original. The job includes providing and fitting of supporting bolts for base mounting. The job also paint work as per requirement.

Pick and Carry Cane Fuel pump overhauling including dismounting , carriage upto workshop and back , dismantling of the inline 4 cylinder fuel injection pump unit002 A0Z638 from engine ,checking of nozzles for wear and pressure testing using suitable equipment nozzle calibration ,replacement of damaged nozzles ,reinstallation of the unit and final testing on vehicle.

DG Set a) Providing of 20 W 40 lube oil ( OEM approved)

b) Providing of Lube oil filter

c) Providing of fuel filter ( Primary element)

d) Providing of fuel filter ( secondary element)

e) Providing of Coolant ( OEM approved)

f) Cleaning/servicing of radiator which includes dismounting the radiator from its position in order to ensure its proper cleaning using flushing with pressurised water with proper concentration of OEM approved descaling compond. the job also includes consumbles as required and refitting of radiator on the engine and testing of same

g) Servicing of DG set comprising of flushing out of old engine oil and properly disposing it off , filling of fresh oil . The job also includes inspection/checking of dynamo and self satrter for proper funcrioning .The job also includes testing of DG set on idle and full load for satisfactory performance.
