Development of area around Caves at Barabar Hill at Barabar, District Jehanabad(Job Work)

Provision for earth work in excavation for by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge: Hard Rock (Blasting Prohibited).

Provision for dry brick pitching half brick thick in surface for PCC including supply of bricks and preparing the surface complete: With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge : Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade.

Provision for supply and installation of good quality MS steel prefabricated porta cabin (20'x10'x8') from reputed manufacturer having separate unit of toilets for ladies/ gents with concealed electrical fitting/wiring, 02-unit urinals, 01-unit WC pan, 01-unit Odisa/ Indian pan, 02-unit wash basin with necessary fittings/ fixings, water storage tank etc. of reputed brands with carriage charges of the article up to Caves at Barabar Hill at Barabar with labour, GST etc. all charges complete. (As per drawing / instruction of competent authority). Porta Cabin Toilet unit with all necessary fittings / fixtures.

Provision for supply and installation of good quality MS steel prefabricated porta cabin with good quality flooring (10'x10'x8') from reputed manufacturer having separate unit as store and inspection room with separate WC toilet, wash basin complete set-up, electrical fittings etc., carriage charges of the article up-to Caves at Barabar Hill at Barabar with labour, GST etc. all charges complete. (As per drawing / instruction of competent authority). Porta cabin with toilet unit.

Provision for supply and fixing of stone benches at site with material, labour, transportation and carriages charges, GST, fixing charges etc. up to Caves at Barabar Hill, Barabar all complete.

Provision for pointing on stone floor in 1:3 cement mortar (1 cement : 3 fine sand) : flush/ ruled pointing including curing etc. complete.

Provision for supply and installation of good quality MS steel prefabricated porta cabin Drinking Water Kiosk (of size 8' x 6' x 8') from reputed manufacturer with necessary fittings, basin etc. carriage charges of the article up-to Caves at Barabar Hill at Barabar with labour, GST etc. all charges complete. (As per drawing / instruction of competent authority. As below- (A) Water Kiosk Porta cabin with branded 02 no. wash basin, SS tape etc.

Provision for clearing including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared round caves at Barabar Hill at Barabar.

Provision for arrangement of borewell for water supply in connection with development of tourist amenities to fulfil the basic human needs for the staff posted at Barabar Hill. Borewell with supply, commissioning, testing etc. including all charges labour, material, transportation, carriage charges, GST etc. all complete. As below - (A) Provision for drilling of borewell earth/gravel/ stone cutting of size 8’’ or as per requirement of the site.

(B) Provision for PVC casing pipe of 5’’, make of virgin plastic. 10’ length of each pipe ISI make: Supreme Finolex or similar make (Casing Medium).

(C) Provision for PVC casing slotted pipe of 5’’, make of virgin plastic. 10’ length of each pipe ISI make: Supreme Finolex or similar make (Slotted Ribbed).
