Class M 150 Brick work in super structure with 1:6 with cement and Coarse sand mortar (FM not less than 1.25 including necessary cutting and moulding of bricks required and also including honey comb brick work thickness of wall for one brick wall. The cost including all materials labour, T & P and scaffolding etc complete

Providing and laying Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 Grade Stone ballast 40 mm nominal size) inclucding supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work and curing complete ,also inculding cost of formwork

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm Gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in slab beam excluding its fixing and binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc and also including S/o all materials required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire to be supplied by the contractor free of cost.

Thermo treated mechanically treated bar steel or iron in plain work such as reinforcement concrete or reinforced brick (when not included over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary and also including being for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage & over lapping & hooks. 0.8x 0.10

15 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) in plinth.
