Charges for fabrication and erection of new water tank and ladder (size 1.62m x 2.85m x 0.5m) and structural works by cutting and welding of bottom and side plate of water tank by M.S. Plate 12mm and 10mm thick at water tank size height 500 mm length 2.85 mtr and width 1.62 mtr total weight 946 Kg and also cutting, welding of all angle structurals by the angle (75 X 75 X 6) mm and (50 X 50 X 6) after removing the existing damaged plates & angles total weight 1500Kg at cooling tower ‘B’ located at roof of the switchyard - I, the rates including the transportation of materials, T&P hire charges, consumables etc., as per the direction of engineer–in –charge.

Charges for fabrication and erection of louvers size (1380 X 400 mm) ; 30 Nos, by the G.I. Sheet 1mm thick after dismantling the existing damaged louvers at switchyard I cooling tower ‘A’ The rates including the materials like the bolt & nuts and other consumables.

Charges for fabrication and erection of louvers size(1300 X 400) mm; 60 Nos by the G.I. Sheet 1mm thick after dismantling the existing damaged louvers at switchyard I cooling tower ‘A’ The rates including the materials like the bolt & nuts and other consumables.

Charges for fabrication and erection of 3 Nos wire meshes at approximate size (2.8 X 1.5)mtr after cutting and dismantling the existing damaged wire meshes, fabricated with new M.S. flat (25 X 5 )mm and S.S. wire meshes the rates including the consumables, T&P hire charges M.S. Flat etc., [The S.S wire meshes will be supplied by Board.]

Charges for fabrication and erection of spray header pipe 40 mm G.I pipes providing holes in spray pipes after cutting and removing of the existing corroded pipes approximate total length 15m in cooling tower B at switchyard I & II as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Charges for fabrication and erection of 80 mm M.S. Pipe both inlet & outlet water line approximate length 35m and the make up water line 25mm pipe total length 10m after dismantling the damaged existing line including welding of flanges, fixing of valves bends etc at cooling tower of switchyard I and devoluting all the scrap materials to stores as per the direction of engineer –in- charge.
