Supply of suspended Type LED Highbay symmetric Beam Luminaire with housing made of die-cast aluminium of system wattage 80 W. The luminaire shall comprise of LEDs of preffered makes complete with Constant current output driver and accessories with High Power driver installed on housing or externally and prewired upto the terminal block, PF≥0.95, THD<10% & Internal 5 KV & External 10 KV surge protection, rated life of L-70@ 50,000 hours having lumen output not less than 9600 Lumens with luminaire efficacy of not less than 120 Lumens / watt with CRI Min 70, operating range 140V – 270V, 50Hz AC supply, CCT: 5700K to 6500K and suitable for outdoor applications.The Luminarie shall be with toughened glass cover and dedicated optics to provide precise light distribution of symmetric beam angle with specially designed thermal management with heat sinks. The luminaire shall be ≥IP65 & IK08 protected.LM 79 report to be submitted for luminaire from NABL accredited lab and LM 80 for LED source issued by LED manufacture (Similar to SLE HB 80W OCULUS or as per AAI Preffered makes)

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of LED High-Bay Light fittings on different Height of cieling/Structure/Canopy with all mounting accessories & Hanging arrangement upto 15 Mtrs etc as required complete including connection with 2.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor three core cable etc. as required. SITC of Low-Intensity,Type-A, Aviation Light LED luminarie (steady Red Colour obstruction light) as per the ICAO Specifications and the Technical Parameters as per Annexure - I to install above the PBB including dismantling of the existing conventional fitting and taking it to AAI Store (to a distance of lead 50 mtrs) etc., as required and directed by Engg-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing illuminated signs including all operations from fabrication to installation all complete as per drawings, technical specifications, signage schedule and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in- Charge. Sign face: Sign face shall be made in 5mm thick 040 white acrylic (as specified) having graphics pasted in Plotter cut Block out vinyl. The Plotter cut block out vinyl shall match the specified colour(colour Pantone Black 6C) and vinyl for text Pantone yellow C or Pantone Cyan 311C as per graphics and of specified make duly approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. Sign Frame (Type -1 :Suspended type) Providing and fixing sign frame 50mm wide Powder coated, colour RAL 9006 special aluminium extrusion with inbuilt frame to receive the sign face. The sign face shall be fixed to sign frame with 3M brand dual lock system in one side and 3M both way tape from the other side or other suitable means. The panel should be made easily openable for maintenance. Sign Structure (Type -2) All hardware used for fixing of sign shall be Stainless Steel. Projection supported internally by side mounting of SS frame. Lighting: All internal illumination shall be using Power LED strip edge Lights from Osram or as per AAI Preferred makes with electronic controllers, having even spread and overlaps to avoid banding and dark spots including all internal connections and wiring, termination and connection to the incoming electrical supply cable from nearest available point at the site. The actual structural design of the sign for its stability shall be responsibility of the contactor.Secret fixing methods should be used to fix parts together. Accessories: Providing and fixing all accessories such as thimbles, end connectors, nut- inserts, screws, rivets, bolts, washers, nuts, etc. complete in all respect as per drawing/ specification as required.
