Checking electrical points for continuous electric supply system and replacement of unserviceable spares for all electrical fixtures, ceiling/exhaust fans of any size and capacity and carrying out minor repairs, fixing screws, tightening of loose wires, any type renewal of small pieces of electric wire as per suitable length and maintenance work complete on all working days including Sunday & holidays all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Attending to Geyser complaints at site including checking and rectification of any electric fault/ water leakage and making good in all respects including minor repairs, replacement of unserviceable spares, burnt copper wire connections wherever required and repairing any type of switch, socket, plug top etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes for Item No. 1 and 2 Supply only spares shall be measured and paid under relevant item (b) Contractors are advised to visit the sites before quoting their rates. (c) Materials for minor and maintenance repair works as directed by Engineer-in-Charge shall be supplied by the contractor within one week from the date of issue of work order. (d) Contractor shall provide and deploy adequate experienced Exp. professional to carry out day to day complaints and tradesman will remain present in mention area Complainet Cell from 9:00Hrs to 1700 Hrs from Monday to Sunday (01 Electrcian & 01 Helper) . In case of any breakdown/ emergency, contractor shall make arrangement to attend and rectify the complaints in odd hours on sunday/ holiday also. The rates quoted in scdule, respective items shall be deemed to be included and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.Note:whatever be the nature of electrcal complaint the wholesole rectification responsibilty lies with the contractor. (e) Contractor shall be penalised @ Rs. 100/- per complaint per day, if he fails to attend the complaint within 8 hours.

M & L for dismantling centrifugal pump coupled with electric motor capacity 10 to 15 HP 3 phase 415 V of overhauling the pumpsets including cleaning with kerosene/petrol for removing the scales and replacement of necessary parts of case ring, latern ring, shaft sleeve, CI gland covers with MS studs, ball bearings, coupling key, rubber bush nut & bolts, impeller key, lock washer, gasket, and greasing, re-assembling same in position, testing and commissioning the following capacity pump sets complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing electric motor capacity 10 to 15 HP, 3 Phase 415V, 50 cycles, AC from foundation/coupling opening the motor cutting and the burnt windings including bearings necessary spares parts, cleaning the sator and water with cleaning agent, rewinding the motor with appropriate gauge of super enamelled copper wire of approved make, insulating winding with same class of insulation, varnishing backing up indication supply and provision of base foundation and fixing with bolts, nuts and re-installation of motor satisfactory perfomance of Engineer-in-charge.

Desludging of existinng sewage sump by mechanical means or manually and removing the sludge in closed container outside MOD land including providing necessary safety equipments to the worksmen deployed all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm gradded stone aggregate as in floors finished even and smooth including demolation.complete all as specified and directed by Engr -In- charge.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete chemical treated interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade including 25 mm thick sand cusion complete all as specified and directed by Engr -In- charge.

M & L for nonskid ceramic coloured tiles in floorl surface 300x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match laid over and included 15 mm thick cement mortar secrewed bed in cm (1:6) including roughing of excluding floor, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -In- charge.

Takiking down cement plaster in any thickenss from brick or stone tc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc coplte all as specified.

M&L for plaster of 15mm thick on brick or conc surfaces incl necessary cement slurry with bulk density 1.40 to 1.70kg , water ratio 17 to 19% by weight & compressive strength as per IS 4031 part 6 applied as per manufacture instruction.

M&L for applying two coat of white wash on wall on decorated or undecorated surface complete all as specified.

M& L second class HW clean swan unframed work complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

S/F in replacement Fully automatic star delta starter for 12.5HP to 15 HP Motor three phase 415 Volt.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 25 x 4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel besides welding at all joints including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore for protection of G.I. strip from earth electrode to the Main switch/Distr Board, supplying and laying charcoal dust, common salt, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate chamber and MS angle iron frame 40 x 40 x 3 mm and RCC cover 40 mm thick RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6 mm dia round bars @ 75 mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12 mm dia, round, GI funnel and wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering all as shown in Plate No. 3 of SSR Part I of 2009 and connected to earth test point including testing complete all as specified & directed.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as galvanized iron strip 25 x 4 mm.

Supply and fix MCB DB SPN 4 way Horizontal, IP - 43 Protection double door 240 V AC 50Hz with for MCB SPN as incomer and DP/SP MCBs as out going with tinned copper bus bar ,neutral link earth link complete all as directed by Engineer -in- Charge.
