M&L for preparation of new or prevously untreated plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of 1mm thick putty, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level and removing material from site complete all as specified and directed.

ITEMS APPLICABLE FOR 'JOB B'

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meters wide and 1.5 meters in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil including cutting of roots any dia complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of internal dia 200mm (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete ) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting in to existing man holes for connecting new drains for internal dia of pipe 200mm, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement mortar 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to 200mm bore drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

ITEMS APPLICABLE FOR 'JOB C'

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) n/exe 1.50 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built upstandard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminiumsnap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions complete all as specified and as directed. Note : All the aluminium sections provided under this item shall be measured and converted into weight for payment with the designated unit weight mentioned in the manufactures catalouge for the corresponding aluminum sections/fittings.

S& F Powder coated Aluminium Frame work for grills Deco-grill Model DG-104(10mm) making shape and riveted with rivets and fixed with suitable channel complete necessary fixing arrangements etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement morter 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Granite 18 to 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and tabil top for fixing wash basin and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite shade including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, ofrequired shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint over complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered or un plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of Cement base paint on walls a coat of chalk primer complete paint through mechanical means complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old plastered or un plastered surface of walls and applying one coats of Cement base paint on walls through mechanical means complete all as specified and directed. Note : Quoted rate shall include cost of scaffolding or ladder etc up to 5th storey building.
