Demolition of PCC in ground floor & pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness below or above GL, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Hardcore of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick type D-2 1:4:8 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in sub base. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 60 mm thick rubber moulded glosy finished inter locking paver block with grey cement and pigment of any type and shape the minium compressive strength not less then 350 kg/sqcm as approved. complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Sand filling under floor including watering and consolidation. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 Type B1using 20mm graded aggregate as in kerb stone in sides of inerlocking tiles including slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam consolidated thickness 75mm or less using Hot mix plant for mixing and using mechanical paver for laid , compacted with required gradient and camber using binder paving bitumen grade VG-30 qty 4% of total mix weight complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparing of old black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying evenly a tack coat of paving bitumen grade (VG-30) @ 5 Kg per ten Sqm using paving bitumen over black bituminous surface complete all as specified and directed.

Providing Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm thick consolidated thickness with minimum 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen (VG -30), using hot mix plant and laid using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber the 10-12 Tonne power roller shall be used and gradient complete all as specified and directed.
