Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

All Terms and Conditions as per bid documents

Contractor must provide PPE s to all Labours working at site

Demolition upto ground level only below ground level excavation is not permitted

Only above quoted rates are excepted

Contractor must transport the serviceable and un serviceable materials from the work site within the tender period

Barricading Protection with GI Sheet are any other materials fisible to be provided by the contractor all around the work site

It is necessary to provide safety procedure for dust sound nuisance for the public

Disconnection of Electrical meters plumbing and other electrical wires and etc as per the directions of the engineer in charge are contractor responsibility and old electrical meters and wires must be handed over to tp Yelburga

If any damages to the surrounding structures repairs is the responsibility of contractor in is own cost

Contractor must transport all the debris dirt powder other un serviceable materials to the Deserted area without creating any trouble to the public if any complaint it is the responsibility of contractor to re lift the materials again in is cost

The contractor is directly responsible for any untoward incident occurring at the work site
