TENDER FOR Raising the existing Low level damaged concrete Road surface and Providing RCC Drain in Road adjacent side near Boomesvaran Temple south and eastern side to prevent water logging in Tondiarpet housing Colony at ChPA

1. Earth work excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in all kinds of soil mixed with roots, boulders weighing individually less than 250kg, debris, rubbish etc., for foundations / trenches or drains and other such works up to 1.50m Depth or 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides, ramming of bottom as per relevant specification,drawing as directed and stacking the excavated earth within a lead of 50m and all lifts for transportationHire and running charges of loader including all labour charges for operator, tools, tackles, equipment, transport, fuel etc., complete. .

2. Dismantling the existing Plain Cement Concrete / nominal concrete 1:3:6 or Rich Mix manually / by mechanical means as existing Road portion for providing drain / Manhole etc., to the required level, size and shape without damaging the nearby structures and wherever required all as directed and stacking of debris within a lead of 50m and all lifts (for transportation and disposing) all as per relevant specification including all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, transport, plants, fuel etc., complete

3. Dismantling the existing Reinforced Cement Concrete manually / by mechanical means storm water drain / Man hole wherever required without disturbing near by structure including stacking the steel bars and conveying and handing over the serviceable materials, if any, to the department stores/RSD and including collecting and depositing the Debris / unserviceable materials in Ground level with in a lead of 50m and all lifts for disposal all as specified and as directed at site of work including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel etc., complete.

4. Dismantling and removing the existing MS Doors / wicket Gates with shutters (Steel or Wood) by cutting the masonry/concrete wherever required without damaging the structures nearby stacking within 50m lead, transporting and handing over to the departmental stores / RSO yard all as directed including all labour, tools equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete. a). 5. Providing and laying of Plain Cement Concrete of mix 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 CS sand derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size derived from natural sources) in volumetric proportions for levelling course in foundations / base course in basement and wherever required, curing, carriage for all leads , all as per relevant specification, drawing and as directed including labour, material, tools, plants, equipment, transport, fuel, hire charges for concrete mixer with hopper, needle vibrator, etc., complete.

6. Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete of mix 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 C S sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources) in volumetric proportions for road portion and wherever required, curing, carriage for all leads; all as per relevant specification, drawing and as directed including all labour, material, tools, plants, equipment, transport, fuel, hire charges for concrete mixer with hopper, needle vibrator,scaffolding, etc., complete.

7. a). Hacking of existing flooring / concrete road surface for receiving fresh concrete without damaging the nearby structures including cleaning the surface for receiving epoxy bonding adhesive, collecting and depositing the debris nearby dust bins within a lead of 50 m all as directed all as per relevant specification, drawing including labour, material, tools, plants, equipment, transport, fuel, etc., complete

b). Providing, mixing and application charge for applying bonding coat of Epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20 sqm/kg of approved make on Hacked portion of RCC / CC surface as per specifications all as per relevant specification, drawing and as directed including labour, material, tools, plants, equipment, transport, fuel etc., complete.

8. Providing and laying Plain Cement of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 CS sand :3 hard granite graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) in volumetric proportions for road concreting and other such works wherever required including centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc., and removal of form work, mixing, transporting, placing, curing all as per relevant specification as directed at site including cement, all labour, materials, tools, equipments, fuel, hire charges for concrete mixer with hopper, needle vibrator, etc., complete .
