Supply and lay in replacement of cable lay in trenches/fixed to walls/poles etc connecting buy using lugs, testing and commissioning XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty LT 1100 Volts grade armoured under ground cable with stranded aluminium conductor 4 Core 10 Sqmm complete all, as specified and directed Note :- Earth work excavation, sand cushioning and brick protection shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation of PCC/Steel pole, laying of cable in trenches etc and getting out in Hard / Dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Spreading riddled earth ( after preparation of excavated earth) in Cable duct with sand cushioning of cable laid in trenches complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:- Punned thickness 18 CM( 6.25 Cm below cale and 11.75 cm above cale) will be measured for payment purpose. Quoted rate inclusive of all arrangement as mentioned.

Supply and Laying bricks, common burnt clay building bricks, sub class 'B' of size 230 x 115 x 75 mm laid across in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for cement concrete in foundation (1:4;8) type D2 using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate for base of foundation complete as specified

M/L for cement concrete in foundation (1:3;6) type C2 using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate including form work complete as specified

M/L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV Type 2, flat, size 300mm x 180mmx 40mm all asspecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note:- Item of earthing includes cost of 7.5m long galvanised iron earth strip and protection pipe of 40mm bore GI medium grade.

Cutting the existing road/PCC surface straight by manual, depth and width not less than 1 mtr below ground level for passing of underground cable , HDPE pipe medium duty of size 100 mm dia and filling back with excavated soil upto 75% road portion and 25% shall be made with cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate stone complete all as specified and directed.

S & F hot press moulded SMC junction / terminal box of size with internal diamensions of 200 x 140 x 95 mm with hinged door, incl provision of 4 way connector 415 Volts made out of polycarbonate or bakelite and 1 No MCB of 6 Amps with DIN bar, drilling holes for cable connections, connecting incoming and or out going cables by providing suitable of size of cable lugs/glands, fixied on pole by means of clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 25 mm x 3 mm including dismantling of old unserviceable all as specified and as directed.Make: Hensel/Syntex/C&S

Supply and drawn sub main wiring with two runs of 1.5 Sq mm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable upto and including 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including non metalic PVC rigid conduit accessories surface type on walls, floors etc including one run of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor for earth continuity wire all as specified (Note : Two runs of copper conductor and one run of copper earth wire including PVC conductor will be measured and paid as one unit only) (For Street Light connection from Junction Box to Street Light)

Supply and laying GI tubing light grade of size 40 mm for cable protection on road/drain/floor/pole including necessary clamps 40x4mm.

Dismentling of damage / broken coping of PCC/steel pole of any size anf and removing the debries from site including excavation and earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as base concrete and coping of poles all as specified in SSR Part I-2009 complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.complete all as specified and directed

Supplying, erecting and fixing in replacement of steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtrs long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide including taking down old unserviceable PCC poles of any type complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED flood light 120 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp.

Supply and fixing lantren of dia 60 CM for fixing of flood light, cap type to be fixed on the top of 9 m SP-31 Steel pole , made of MS pip medium grade dia greater than the top dia of the pole of length 0.35 M supported by MS flat iron of size 50X6 mm 8 nos including two coat of aliminium painting over a coat of redoxide primer complete all as directed

Supplying and fixing in replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspen ded by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat of Size 6 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement on wall with necessary arrangements busbar chamber 100 amps 4 way 4 pole wall mounted IP -54 , made out of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet epoxy powdwer coated single layer operational voltage 440 Volt , Short circuit current capacity 25 KA for 1 Second including necessary cable connections and outgoing 1 Nos of MCCB of Capacity 63 Amp 4 Pole 16 KA complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rates inclusive of necessary fixing arrangement and cable connections , cable glands as required for proper fixing / functioning of Bus Bar Chamber.
