Air Cooled Condensing Units: OUTDOOR CONDENSING UNITS: Top-discharge Variable Refrigerant Flow(VRF) Air-conditioning system suitable for heating & cooling by inverter driven capacity control compressor complete with indoor and outdoor units with individual controller, refrigerant cooled PCB and with fittings etc. as per system description and scope of supply, work & specifications.
INDOOR UNITS
VRF Cassette units: ceiling mounted cassette type units (1- way) of suitable individual capacity as per system description and scope of supply, work & specifications.
Ceiling mounted cassette type units (4-way) of suitable individual capacity as per system description and scope of supply, work & specifications.
Ceiling mounted Mid- Static ducted units of suitable individual capacity as per system description and scope of supply, work & specifications.
Ceiling mounted Treated Fresh Air units of suitable individual capacity as per system description and scope of supply, work & specifications.
50mm PUF insulated Double Skin Air Handling unit comprising of double skin construction, Aluminum Heavy Base, DIDW forward curved fan with IEII motor, DX type cooling coil with fresh air chamber & Aluminum mouth damper, with GI Powder coated Canopy, Aluminum Aerofoil Mouth damper etc. as per system description and scope of supply, work & specifications.
Y-joints: Y- refnet Joints with insulation to connect indoor / outdoor units with main header as per system description and scope of supply, work & specifications.
Refrigerant Piping: Refrigerant piping with interconnecting hard / soft drawn seamless pair of refrigerant copper pipe work of variable dia, silver soldering joints, insulated with 13mm/19mm thick class "1" closed cell electrometric nitrile rubber tubular insulation between Indoor Unit & outdoor units as per system description and scope of supply, work & specifications.
DUCTING: Site fabricated GSS/GP sheet rectangular ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per system description and scope of supply, work & specifications.
ACCOUSTIC LINING OF DUCT: Acoustic lining of supply air duct with 10mm thick open cell nitrile rubber insulation as required as per system description and scope of supply, work & specifications..
THERMAL INSULATION OF DUCT: Nitrile rubber of 9mm thick for thermal insulations per site requirement etc. complete as per system description and scope of supply, work & specifications..
Supply / Return AIR DIFFUSER/GRILL: Diffusers / grill of powder coated aluminum with / without aluminum volume control dampersas per system description and scope of supply, work & specifications.
Toilet Exhaust / Ventilation system
Inline fan directly coupled TEFC Sq.cage induction motor (F-class insulation & B- class temp. rise) suitable for 230V±10%, 50Hz, 1 phase electrical supply complete with required hardware etc. as per system description and scope of supply, work & specifications.
Roof mounted doble skin cabinet type centrifugal fan with 40mm of wg static pressure with IP 55 casing as per system description and scope of supply, work & specifications.
Volume control Duct Damper
16 G Frame blade with 100mm depth Volume control duct Damper as required ( Not less than 5 Sqmtr) as per system description and scope of supply, work & specifications.
Fire dampers as and where required of required sizes i/c control wiring, as per system description and scope of supply, work & specifications.
Drain piping: uPVC condensate drain pipes insulated with 9mm thick nitrile tubular insulation complete with all necessary fittings such as elbows, tees, supports etc as required as per system description and scope of supply, work & specifications.
Communication Cabling: 2C x 1.5 Sqmm copper shielded control/communication cabling inside pvc conduit pipe from indoor units to outdoor units as per system description and scope of supply, work & specifications.

HVAC Power Distribution Board: Power distribution board including fixing clamp & effecting proper connections to equipment’s etc. complete as per system description and scope of supply, work & specifications.

Three core, Un-armoured, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed flexible wire copper conductor of suitable size for providing single phase power supply to all the VRF/VRV indoor Units from sub panels inside the building.
Power cable of suitable size & required runs with 3½ core, 1.1KV grade, aluminum conductor, single layer round wire armoured, earthed from substation to main electrical HVAC panels at Academic and hostel blocks.
Three core, Un-armoured, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed flexible wire copper conductor of suitable size from distribution board to sub panels inside the building.
Any other item not mentioned above and required for successful completion of the system.

COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
