Description of Items

Providing and rendering Architectural & Structural consultancy services for multistoried office building block (GFL+2.) including Stilt/ Parking floor with modern amenities, automation, sustainable construction etc. The consultancy services includes interaction with HAL officials and carry out the Site Survey, preparation and submission of 4 (Four) sets of optional concept layouts, preliminary drawings, detailed Architectural & Structural working drawings good for construction which comprises of plans, sections, elevations and other details necessary for complete execution of works, Ground floor shall be designed for additional load of first floor, drawing including internal Civil & including internal electrification, telephone, LAN system, HVAC system, lift , fire fighting, Horticultural works, fountain / waterfalls, interior of each office & floors, connection with existing building and service lines, and allied services , including vetting of drawing and services with drawings and details for approach road/ water supply, sewage disposal, Rain water harvesting including internal electrification and all complete as per scope of work including submission of all Structural design calculations & Structural drawings for various elements , members and layout of the building duly proof checked by Govt. Engineering College/Institute in 6 (six) sets. Consultancy services shall also includes Preparation & submission of detailed estimate for item rate contract/ percentage rate contract, based on CPWD DSR-2023 and market rate for non-DSR items, Technical specifications of various items of works and services as per scope of work, Bill of quantity for tender document, Price justification (Market Rate Analysis) for reasonability of lowest quoted offer of bidder for execution of work before opening of Price bid, submission of drawings of completed work etc. All above complete as per scope of work and as per laid down delivery schedule at appendix A including Site visits of structural/architectural consultants at important stages of construction work and also as and when required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. All the drawings and design shall conform to latest National Building Code of India and relevant IS codes/standards, CPWD specification. The detail scope of consultancy is described in tender document under section Scope of Works.

Conduction of soil investigation / exploration test for the bearing capacity of the soil at least 05 required points of buildings, depth of bore shall be 12 to 15m (approx) or as per site requirement, including all T&P, transportation, consumables submitting investigation report, etc as per IS codes and incorporation of the same for structural design etc., all complete as directed by EIC.

On submission of all drawings after statutory clearances from Govt. Authorities and obtaining NOC from Fire department / Government bodies etc. The required assistance for writing letters/ request/ filling form etc., from HAL side will be provided etc., all as required and directed by EIC. Consultant shall ensure neccesary complainces before completion & handing over of project.

Stages

Part-A Architectural & structural design for item no. 01

On submission of Site plan, Architectural plan, Section, Elevation & details of buildings, electro-mechanical works and services as per scope of work including 3D views, walkthrough, etc.

On submission of proof checked structural drawings and design calculations by Govt. Engineering College/ Institute in 6 sets of hard copies along with a soft copy of the approved conceptual layout by HAL of the facility.

On submission detailed estimate, bill of quantities & technical specification of works & services in 4 sets of hard copies along with a soft copy.

On submission of current market rate analysis for the items valuing more than 90% of estimated value before opening of price bid for price justification of quote of L-1 bidder (4 set of hard copy along with soft copy)

On completion of construction of buildings and visits to site as and when required, on request of HAL during construction of work.

On full completion of construction & submission of drawings of completed buildings and services.

On submission of structural stability and soundness certificate from authorised Signatory.

On submission of soil testing report along with relevant documents.

On submission NOC for statutory clearances from Govt. Authorities along with all drawings.
