M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles not less than 7 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 10 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- All as per designer concept approved by GE)

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles joint free size 450x350mm and thickness not less than 7 mm (square/ rectangular) on vertical surface etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 10 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- All as per designer concept approved by GE)

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 (using 12.5 mm greded stone agg) for fixing of hold fast or filling of pressed steel frame etc complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in repair for 2mm thick fiber glass reinforced translucent plain sheet fixed with and incl catch srew and nut bolts as in sun shade chajjas etc fixed in any position and height complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons laid and pointed in any mortor etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 16-18 mm thick machine cut pre-polished kota stone slab flooring, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab over & including 15mm thick screed or bedding in cement mortar 1:6, including grinding, rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix 3mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality, and glazing with oil putty/beading in square not exceeding 0.50sqm each pane complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for provision of GI frame work (snap grid) suitable for size as in false ceiling of size 605mmx605mm including fixing 4mm thick gypsum board /E-board in ceiling size 60cmx60cm fixed to metallic snap grid consisting of following and all as directed including dismantling wall and ceiling boards or insulation boards/slabs any thickness including cover fillets. (i) Gi sections incorporated in frame work shall conform to designation given in IS: 737-1986. (ii) The snap grid shall conist of GI frame work main/cross tee of size 36.5mmx25mmx1.0mm thick and 25mmx25mmx1.00mm respectively. (iii) Snap grid frame shall be fixed to ceiling with supporting hangers consisting of Supply and fix 2mm to 4mm dia mild steel Gi wire. (iv) The main and cross tees shall be jointed at junction/crossings with GI frame work angle bracket, of size 15mmx15mmx1.0mm thick, fixed with suitable mild steel, bolts, nuts and washers all as per manufacturer's instructions. (v) The snap grid(main/cross tee section) shall be supported at ends all along the wall with Gi frame work angle of size 25mmx25mmx1.00mm anodized thick (vi) Size of the snap grid shall be 605mmx605mm. (vii) Minimum average thickness of anodizing shall be 15 micron. complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for repair of heavy duty rolling/sliding iron gate exc 16 sqm and not exc 36Sqm each by taking down and refixing the same after straightening of iron members and repairs including any steel member required (machine set, gears etc) to be changed to made functional complete all as specified and directed.

S&F air vent 600mm dia self driven roof ventilator high performance industrial roof vents made of aluminium alloy, designed to meet wind speed of 200km/hr and to the entry of wind driven rain at a range of 2.5 ltr/sec under cyclone condition. Roof vents to be fixed on standing seam profile with engineering detail to be designed to make total system as leak proof and to the satisfaction of engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.
