Taking down old U/S carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, pendent holder, sketch fitting, sockets, regulator etc and making good distrubed surfaces of walls and floors etc to match with the existing all as specifided and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down MCB with sheet metal enclosure, main switch, DB, etc and making good disturbed surfaces to match with existing surfaces.

Taking down sub main wiring of any size/capacity complete all as specified and making good disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for concealed Point wiring one light point controlled by one, one way switch with single core PVC insulate, unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sq.mm (FRLS) drawn in and including electrical grade PVC conduit 20 mm dia concealed on wall/ceiling/floor including PVC insulated unsheathed earth wire with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sq.mm(FRLS) including MS shunk sheet metal box with 3 mm thick bakeliteplastic laminated sheet top cover with brass counter shunk screws with washer complete all as specified. Note - quoted rate shall include making good to the disturbed surfaces including plastering and painting to match with the existing colour all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Old U/S Fresh air Fan will be deposited to MES Store yard by the contractor and no schedule of credit will be given tothe contractor on account of this item all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair heavy duty exhaust fan, steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 300 mm sweep with, blades and fan motor of Cap at least 190 Watt or above , and frame and louvers Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Old U/S exhaust Fan will be deposited to MES Store yard by the contractor and no schedule of credit will be given tothe contractor on account of this item all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning in repair cable XLPE insulated screened meter PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured, electric power calbes (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m deep in soft/loose soil for foundation/ cable etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 Sqm in depth all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layer n. exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed
