Earthwork excavation of foundation in hard soil within initial lead & lift including rough dressing breaking of clods and leveling the bed and sides then depositing the excavated earth away from the work site etc. complete T & P required for the work as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand, well watered and rammed to required thickness with all leads and lifts, cost conveyance & royalty and all taxes of materials, cost of labour, T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 40 mm in foundation using 40 mm size clean hard black hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry mixing with concrete mixture laying mannually including hoisting, lowering and laying in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick to the required level, ramming, watering with cost conveyance, royalty and all taxes of materials, cost of labour, T &P and machineries etc curing etc. complete. as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Cement concrete (1:4:8) with 40 mm size H.G. metal in foundation including cost, convayancy & royalty etc. complete.

Fly ash brick massonary of size 25 cm x 12cm x 8cm in cement mortar (1:6) in F&P including cost, convayancy & royalty etc. complete.

Fly ash brick massonary of size 25 cm x 12cm x 8cm having a crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/sq.cm in cement mortar (1:6) in superstructure including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering and corbelling, and watering and curing etc. complete including cost conveyance, royalty and all taxes of materials with cost of labour, T & P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.. GROUND FLOOR

R.C.C. in CC (1:1½:3) with clean hard broken granite chips of 12 mm size consistent with strength and strengthen cover of concrete, of approved quality and from approved quarry mixing with concrete mixture & laying mannually including hoisting with and laying concrete in layer not exceeding 15cm in depth to the required thickness and compacting as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including rigid & smooth centering , shuttering , watering and curing for four weeks and finishing the exposed surface smooth with cost, conveyance, taxes and royalities and taxes of all materials, labour T & P, hire and running charges of machineries required for the work, but excluding cost,conveyance, of M.S/T.S Rods and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 16 mm thick cement plaster in C.M. (1:6) over brick work (inside walls), after raking out joints finished smooth including watering and curing, cost conveyance royalty and all taxes of materials with cost of labour and T & P etc, required for the work complete in all respect. GROUND FLOOR

12 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) over stone masonary finished smooth including watering and curing, cost conveyance royalty and all taxes of materials with cost of labour and T & P etc, required for the work complete in all respect. GROUND FLOOR

Fixing vetrified tile in floors, trade or steps & landing on 25 mm thick cement plaster (1:1) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles rubing and polishing etc. Complete GROUND FLOOR

Fixing of tiles of approved shade and design over 12 mm thick cement plaster (1:3) over brickwork for dadoes, finished smooth with proper thickness, watering, curing for seven days with cost conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour etc complete. GROUND FLOOR

Supplying fitting fixing M.S. shutter and m.s grill for door & windows including all cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour charge etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering two coats to wall with distemper of approved shade on new work to give on even shade including cost of distemper GROUND FLOOR

Weather coating two coats to the wall with approved shade over a coat of wall primer on new work to give on even shade including cost of weather conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour etc complete. GROUND FLOOR

Painting two coats with any approved paints over a coat of priming to new wood work and iron works including sand papering polishing the surface with all cost, conveyance, royalty and all taxes of materials including cost of paints and primer, cost of labour and T & P etc. required for the work complete in all respect.
