Maintenance/servicing of sluice/butterfly/gate Valves by way of dismembering of sluice/butterfly/gate assembly and replacement of nuts and bolts by stainless steel nuts and bolts and replacement of worn out parts by new ones if required at site incl. greasing , etc all complete . The entire assembly is to be re-fixed in its original position after carrying out necessary repairs. The job includes all carriages of materials, tools and plants and shall be paid in fitted and fixed form after testing on full water load and successful commissioning. Complete job. Deductions on account of use of departmental men and machinary shall be as per actual. i. 450 mm dia sluice valve.

Repairs/rethreading/replacement of sluice rod and providing of new check nut made of gun metal and replacement of worn out parts by new ones if required at site incl. all complete . Periodic desilting of various structures like mechanical sump, aerator, clarifloculator, ACC, clear water sump, service reservoir etc . Deductions on account of use of departmental men and machinary shall be as per actual. For both item A and B. i. Removing of silt deposits by rope and bucket / washout and stacking of the same for taking measurements in semi dry conditions including all kinds of dewatering and disposal of same within a lead of 1 Km.

ii. Scarifying of walls and bed including disinfection by way of washing of same with disinfecting material ( bleaching powder ) excluding the cost of bleaching powder.

Yearly white washing /face lifting of outside walls of filter house, clariflocculator etc. i. Revamping dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint like by scrapping and sand preparing and preparing the surface smooth including neccessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

ii. Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade.

Servicing/maintenance of pumps / motors by way of providing coupling ,washers, includings testing, commissioning all carriages, handling, re-handling , oiling, greasing, change of oil etc all complete job. Deductions on account of use of departmental men and machinary shall be as per actual. i. 7.5 HP submerssible pumps of ACC

Repairing of pumps / motors by way of rewinding, including replacement of damaged parts required at site. Including testing commissioning all carriages , handling , re handling etc all complete job. Electrification work; repair for lightening system / street lights including replacement to damaged LED / Halogen bulb , MCCB , wire etc. Deductions on account of use of departmental men and machinary shall be as per actual. i. Replacement of damaged LED lamps (8 watt to 12 watt).

i. Repairing / overhauling of heating/lighting points incl replacement of damaged accessories (like socket, switch , wire etc.) if needed. (5ampere to 15 ampere) .

Repairs/over hauling to Air blower (30 Kv, 40 HP) including de-assembling and assembling of air blower, incl greasing, oiling etc complete job.

iv. Replacing of damaged wire of copper make (Havels) along with neccessary accessories like connectors, nut bolts/ cable holders etc. Complete job. a. 6 sq.mm flat wire

i. Repairing / overhauling of street / flash / flood lights incl replacement of damaged parts. (30 watt to 50 watt).

ii. Providing of 200 ampere MCCB (incl. fixing, carriage an all complete job ) SCHNEIDER.

iii. Servicing/maintenance / repairing of 200 ampere electric servo including deassembling and assembling of same by chain pulley etc. including oiling, greasing etc, and replacement of damaged parts all complete incld. Testing.

iv. Providing of 2 HP Starter (incl. fixing, carriage an all complete job ) havels.

v. Providing of 10 HP Starter (incl. fixing, carriage an all complete job ) havels incl MCBS.

Providing of 320 ampere MCCB (incl. fixing, carriage an all complete job ) SCHNEIDER incl. cost of thimbles etc all complete.

Dismentalling and servicing of complete reduction gear unit of de-sludge bridges . The job includes costing of brass material, grinding & finishing of virme in order to make the new teeth, replacement of damaged oil seals by way of new one, replacemnet of ball bearings, pouring of required specific gravity ear oil in order to run the reduction gear in smooth order, refixing of same at the site of work incld. all sorts of carriage fro site of work upto workshop and back to site of work including testing & successful commissioning (complete job). Deductions on account of use of departmental men and machinary shall be as per actual. i. Flow regulating gates.

Provision for General servicing/ maintenance of 125 kva DG SET . (crompton) including replacement of lubricating oil filter, fuel filter, hose , hose clips, engine M.Oil, coolant, distilled water, labour charges for above items complete job. Deductions on account of use of departmental men and machinary shall be as per actual.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. Deductions on account of use of departmental men and machinary shall be as per actual.

Surface dressing of the ground upto 30 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m in -All kinds of soil.

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level and curing complete with: 7.1.1 Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand).

Providing and installation of 3 H.P kirloskar/crompton dewatering pumps with motors for fountain of aerator including all necessary fittings required at site, incl. carriage all complete job.Deductions on account of use of departmental men and machinary shall be as per actual.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge: 15.2.1 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

Providing and fixing of MS fittings viz, bends of suitsble degrees, etc as per requirement of site. This includes (flange joints if required) spun yarn and lead caulking lead beating with insertion of spun yarn. The work should be leak proof.

Plugging of multiple leakages inside the different water retaining structures at mechanical stage Ist and 4 MGD WTP Pokhribal using grouting machine . The job includes chiesling around the leakage spot and temporarily packing of cavities after inserting the flexible pipe to make a way for water to come out and injecting the cement grout through the inserted pipe using grouting machine . The operation may be repeated to ensure the arrest of leakages . The item also includes hiring of grouting specialists and machine operators incl. hire charges of grouting machine unit incl its carriageupto the site of of work and incl the cost of water proofing chemicala/ compounds incl the cost of cement complete job.

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed.

Providing and laying dry stone soling in foundation trenches hand packed and consolidated by hand ramming (Quarry).

Providing and laying cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 with 40mm crushed aggregate excluding the cost of centring and shuttering all work upto plinth level.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level.(M 30) crushed aggregates.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete in walls, plinth, string coarses, columns and pillars upto floor 5 level of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.(M 30 design mix) crushed aggregates.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete in walls, plinth, string coarses, columns and pillars upto floor 5 level of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.(1:1.5:3 mix) crushed aggregates.

Reinforcement for RCC work including bending , binding, and placing in position (TMT bars)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: i. Foundation.

ii. Walls.

Laying in position centrifugally cast (spun) iron / DI pipes S&S or flanged pipes (excluding cost of pipe). Deductions on account of use of departmental men and machinary shall be as per actual. i. 400 mm dia DI.

Providing push-on-joints to Centrifugally (Spun) Cast Iron Pipes or Ductile Iron Pipes including testing of joints and including the cost of rubber gasket. 400 mm dia DI. Deductions on account of use of departmental men and machinary shall be as per actual.

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Carriage of different materials from divisional store for an average lead of 15 Kms. i. Cement / Steel.

iii. Pipes.

Carriage of different materials from different sources for an average lead of 25 Kms. i. Sand.

ii. Aggregates.

Providing and installation of 2 H.P kirloskar/crompton motors including all necessary fittings required at site, incl. carriage all complete job. Deductions on account of use of departmental men and machinary shall be as per actual.

Providing and fixing of 63 mm ppr gate valve incl. carriage and all complete job.

Refreshment for departmental men on account of prolonged $ continuous operation. i. water bottle 1 litre.

iii. Juice 100 ml to 180 ml of standard quality.

iv. Boiled egg / omelet.

v. Biscuit of standard quality 50 g.
