PLC Based Call Bell System comprising of the following: Operating Voltage 24VDC and as per GSL drg. L-1267-05-331703-01, Rev No. 001 and each set consisting of following, as per GSL TA Sl. No. 4.1 Flush Mounted PLC based call bell drop in panel for MCR fabricated/constructed aesthetically from stainless steel plate IS 316 screw mounted on console with limiting cut out dimension of 213(W)x 263(H) mm approx and shall be provided with items as per GSL TA Sl. Nos. 4.1.1, 4.1.1.1 to 4.1.1.6
Bulkhead Mounted IP44 , PLC Based Call Bell Panel for Fwd E/R, Aft E/R and W/H. Each panel shall be provided with the following as per GSL TA Sl. Nos. 4.1.2, 4.1.2.1 to 4.1.2.5
Additional items, if any, not indicated in the above stated scope of supply but required to achieve completeness of the system/configuration and satisfactory functioning/Installation/Commissioning of the system/equipment.
On Board Spares -: The Manufacture's Recommended List of On Board Spares (MRL-OBS) for all Equipment required for servicing and maintenance including breakdown maintenance till two years after completion of warranty period of the vessel and shall be finalized based on equipment fit. This will also include tools and software as necessary (exact details of quantity of each items to be provided so as to indicate composition of 1 set ) as per GSL TA Sl. No. 4.2 to 4.2.4
Services of Engineers, Commissioning & proving Performance etc. including installation, Harbour Acceptance Trial, Sea Acceptance Trial etc. As per GSL TA Sl. No. 4.4, 4.4.1 to 4.4.9
Drawings and Documentation. As per GSL TA Sl. No.4.5, 4.5.1 to 4.5.3.2
The firm is to arrange supply of MRLS-B & D spares for five years of exploitation based on the likely consumption rate and exploitation pattern of the equipment. The firm should provide the comprehensive part identification list of spares alongwith manufactureres recommended B&D spares alongwith technical bid. The list would contain description, Pattern no and quality fitted on each equipment in respect of various parts/ componants. B&D should be as per the format attached as annuxure-1 as per GSL TA Sl. No. 4.3
