ROUTINE MAINTENANCE OF AC PLANT AT AUDITORIUM AT AF STATION BAMRAULI

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces by scraping down, cleaning and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint to AC installation central type AC plant (package chiller water cooled) 2x50 TR all as existing colour code including sign writing as directed (AC installation comprising of compressors,mono block pumps & motors, condensers, pipe line, hot and cold pipe lines, cooling tower,AHUs,LT Panel and display board) including marking direction of flow and writing SM / MES Nos of size not less than 25mm with black paint complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Due care shall be taken to avoid paint sprinkles on glass parts, floor, air filter etc loose parts to be removed and re-fitted after cleaning (ii) Cleaning all paint sprinkles and marks shall be the responsibility of contractor.

M&L for Servicing of FRP cooling tower of central type AC plant including replacement of complete PVC fills,cleaning of inside of heads, pipe, nozzles, greasing/oiling of cooling tower motor with fan , cleaning inside tank etc and Cooling tower sprinklers, pipes, etc. shall be inspected and attended for proper spray and complete painting after servicing work complete all as specified and directed. Note:Quoted rates are incl of complete replacement of PVC fill, painting work all as mentioned.

M&L for overhauling & servicing of AHUs Make ZECO capacity 15000 CFM and carry out of following tasks once in three months minimum and records be maintained.: (i) Open fan section cover AHU; check belts for wear and tear. Replace if necessary, check bearings and alignment of belt drive. Refit the fan section.(ii)Inspect cables for loose/loaded terminal, rectify if necessary. (iii). Checking the system for leaks and then rectifying leaks, if any.(iv)Check AHU motor mounts for undue vibrations. Replace mounts if necessary.(v) Lubricating/greasing the bearings of blower motor and replace bearing or bush if neccessary (vi) Carry out chemical cleaning AHU coils. (vii)The air handling unit filters shall be inspected and cleaned regularly.Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for overhauling and servicing of monoblock pump set upto 7.5 HP capacity make kirloskar and carry out the following tasks all as specified and directed. (i). Disassemble the pump.(ii). Inspect it.(iii) Replace worn parts. (iv) checking water seal. Note: Replacement of old bearing / bush and water seal complete as per existing are paid sepratily in Sch.

M&L for isolating the shell and tube of condenser from water pipe line and de-scaling by circulating of concentrated solution of chemical descaler through condensers unit opening of headers and pouring acid inside tubes, cleaning by nylon brush form both side and removing complete scale from tubes and headers with proper care checking of leakage, replacement of headers gasket of both side connecting, testing including leakage detection in shell or tube condenser if any and rectification to be carried out with proper testing complete all as specified and directed for the following :- Note : De-scaling solution shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective item of this sch.

M&L for servicing of Water Cooled Scroll Chiller units (Make: Bluestar & Model: XWCS4052AR2 ) with Micro Processor based control panel the same shall be checked regularly for its satisfactory operation and if any electronic parts like PCB,displayunit,wiring fault etc are found defective the same shall have to be repaired/replaced by contractor in quoted rate.Note:contractor is rsponsible to attend break down immediately for above through out the contract period.

M&L for servicing of hot water genrator (Make : Rapid cool and Model :RC-544) with control panel the same shall be checked regularly for its satisfactory operation and if any electronic parts like PCB, display unit, wiring fault etc are found defective the same shall have to be repaired/replaced by contractor in quoted rate.Note:contractor is responsible to attend break down immediately for above through out the contract period.Complete all as specified and as directed.

Attending Complaints and rectification of electronic, electrical and mechanical defects by authorized experience mechanic for Central AC plant/ VRF AC, Checking of uncerviciable electrical system and find out defect of control wiring in control panel , leakage & rectified the same and make serviciable complete and testing thereafter complete all as specified and directed by engineer - in - charge. Note:-(a). The complaint shall be notified to the contactor by engineer - in - charge / JE E&M telephonically / personnaly / by SMS recorded in the register mentioned for the purpose. (b). Contactor shall make neccessary arrangement to attend the complaint.(c). Cost of any minor nature of repair / replacement of petty item such as nuts, bolts, washers, screws, piece of electrical cable upto 0.5 meter length etc, is deemed included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.(d). Any other major item / repair required for the rectification shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of the schedule.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Ammeter of 200Amp size 95mm digital type accuracy class 1 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Thermal over load relay range 0-10 amp complete all as specified and directed.
