M/L for Maintenance and servicing of DG Set of capacity 250 KVA complete including following :- (a) Replacement of Engine oil. (b) Supply and replacment of fuel filter set (d) Supply and replcement of lubricating oil filter set (e) Supply and replacment By pass filter set (f) Checking & cleaning air cleaner (g) Check and topping up coolant level (h) Checking the starting batteries and filling with electrolyte/Distilled water to maintain the required specific gravity. Cleaning of Battery terminals & applying petroleum jelly to battery terminal posts & brass connectors (j) Checking and cleaning exhaust system including removing of deposited carbon in exhaust pipe. (k) Adjustment /setting of V Belt and fan belts to the desired tension, tightening all the bolts and nuts to the required torque etc, cleaning the DG Set with accessories as prescribed by the manufacturer (l) Testing of DG set at connected load all as directed by the Engr in charge. Note (a) Fuel filter, oil filter, bypass filter, water filter, petroleum jelly, waste cloth, seal, gaskets etc are to be provided by the contractor and the cost is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (b) Coolent for topping up & Engine OIl measured and paid saparetly (c) Spares/filters of make reccomended by OEM will only be used for servicing of DG set.

Dismantling the self starter 12 / 24 Volts DC of DG sets and transporting to work shop for carrying out overhauling by replacing all unserviceable spares, reassembling and refixing the same to DG sets including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1 Spares shall be paid vide respective shedule of items. 2. General service including carbon removal, cleaning of electrical connections, corrosion removal etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB, 63 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volts, rupturing capacity not less than 10 KA, Icu=100% with built in protection function for overload, short circuit and double break fast tripping mechanism complete withspreader link including thimbles, nuts, bolts, washers etc. making including incoming and outgoing connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB, 100 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volts, rupturing capacity not less than 25 KA, Icu=100% with built in protection function for overload, short circuit and double break fast tripping mechanism complete with spreader link including thimbles, nuts, bolts, washers etc. making including incoming and outgoing connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement three phase off load changeover 415 V 315 amps complete with suitable outdoor panel IP 65 protection made out of CRCA mild steel sheet, single door with lock arrangement and grouting on ground including all necessary electrical connections with accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete cleaning of fuel tank of DG set of capacity 250 KVA Kirloskar/Cummins including dismantling of tank,removal of rust/dust particles/carbon with suitable chemical, washing, drying complete with necessary painting job and refixing bacl complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete cleaning of fuel tank of DG set of capacity 62.5 KVA to 100 KVA including dismantling of tank,removal of rust/dust particles/carbon with suitable chemical, washing, drying complete with necessary painting job and refixing back complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Engine oil 20W40 of complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L general service of starter panel of DG set of Cap 40 kVA to 250 KVA including relplacement of minor spares, relays, fuse, replacement of faulty wirings,cleaning of carbon, repair of electric connections testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair /overhauling including servicing of DG set 82.5 KVA Kirloskar- RB66T (FE) including disconnecting engine alternaltor assembly,self starter alternator , silencer complete,air cleaner, fuel injection pump, injector assembly complete, cylinder head, inlet/exhaust valve, valve guide and seals, tappets, cam & cam assembly, piston cylinder liners, connecting rods fuel pump governor ignition switch board, cooling system, lubrication system, radiator assembly, exhaust manifold,engine oil sump, replacement of defective engine sleeve, piston, piston rings, o-rings, gaskets, fuel injectors, gaskets, replacement of fuel and oil filters, topping up of coolent, necessary fabrication/welding work, overhauling of fuel pump, cleaning carbon inside exhaust manifold, removing carbon from suction/exhaust valves, replacement of v-belts, replacement of hose pipes, repair/balancing of engine-alternater coupling, replacement, reassembling the same back to original position and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1)Piston, piston sleeves, piston rings, O-rings, fuel injectors, head gasket, fuel and oil filters shall be measured and paid in seperate schedule of items. 2) Minor items like v-belts, hose pipes, coupling rubbers etc are deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item. 3) Misc works including replacement of defective electric connections, engine tuning, etc are deemed to be included in this item.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR part I connecting to earthing test point and testing on completion with and including PCC pit in mix 1:3:6 type c1 with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 40mm thick cover reinforced with 6mm dia MS bars 3 Nos both ways with lifting book made out of 6mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work, and 40mm light grade protection pipe complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :(i) Amount of credit for retrieved materials is mentioned in Sch 'A' Section-II of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline.
