Regular maintenance of Garden area Kitchen area at HLG Residence, 7 Akbar Road, JK House 5-Prithviraj Road, JK House Chanakyapuri New Delhi incl. maintt. of lawns garden kitchen garden and potted plants upto March 2027

Cutting of hedges/edge, hoeing of hedge/edge beds, watering, manuring and applying insecticides and fungicides etc as per direction of officer incharge. Tools and Machinery involved shall be part of the rates quoted.

Topiary cutting/ shaping of plant, removing of cut material’s cleaning, hoeing of plants complete design, hocking of trees (Topiary) watering, manure etc as per instruction of officer in charge. Tools and Machinery involved shall be part of the rates quoted.

Complete maintenance of trees (Outside garden feature’s) jobs like making of bush at regular interval, i/c watering, deweeding pruning & application of fertilizer. Tools and Machinery involved shall be part of the rates quoted.

Maintenance of potted plants cement pots, earthern pots, application of good earth, manure, insecticide ,pesticide and fertilizer’s , removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots, coloring of pots and change location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as per the direction of officer incharge.

Deweeding of lawn by removal of all weeds & other wild growth with roots by forking as per direction and satisfaction of officer incharge. Tools and Machinery involved shall be part of the rates quoted.

Maintenance of kitchen garden incld. Preparatioin of beds application of manuring using only organic fertilizer, deweeding watering, planting of vegetables sapling and harvesting. Tools and Machinery involved shall be part of the rates quoted.

(a)    Maintenance of lawn/ garden /pots/kitchen garden at HLG Residence 7 Akbar Road New Delhi as per instruction of maintenance at s.no 1,2,3,4,5,6and 7 total no of malis is 07.

(b)   Maintenance of lawn/ garden /pot at J&K house 5 Prithviraj Road New Delhi as per instruction of maintenance at S.no 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 total no of malis is 07.

Total no of Mali’s 15no.@725/day/no (for 12 months)=180no mali @ 21750/month (725x30) (Malis should be well euipped with the machinery reuired for above mentioned work like Brush cutter, lawn mower, hedge trimmer, hedge cutter, pruing saw and other necessary machinery.
