SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SUBSTATION ELEVATOR (Tag No. 1U64-SS15-ELV-01) FOR GDS AND PFCC UNIT FOR NREP

Supply, packing, forwarding, transportation to site, erection, site testing, commissioning and handover (including statutory approvals from lift inspector) of Passenger Lift of capacity 1088kg / 16 Persons with following loose parts to be assembled at site as minimum. a. Car/Cab with operating console , telephone, Camera, fans, lighting in car/shaft/pit, fireman switch with alarm bell, car door, lobby door, door frames, necessary instrumentation/ interlocks etc. b. Motorized drive unit & Safety Gears unit c. Cable guiding system d. Lift ropes with guiding system, buffer, rope drum, sheaves, thimbles e. Counter weights, frames/ guides, Governor system, T tracks support brackets, bush shoes, bush shoe holders, etc.. f. Protective safety/ limit switches, Infrared / ultrasonic safety devices g. Landing floor indicator, buttons, illumination in the car, lift shaft and pit, telephonein machine room. h. 240V, 16A sockets in lift shaft at every landing & in Machine room, Power & control cables including conduits within battery limit i. Local Isolator and Power & control cabinet/panel completely assembled with switchgears, thyristers or VVVF units,PLC or microprocessor controllers j. Local JBs as required with mounting hardware k. Mechanical items likes brakes, pulleys, rope , buffer spring, steel, foundation bolts, ladder in pit, etc. Note: Above list is indicative and minimum to be considered. Anything & everything required to make the equipment & system complete, safe & operable shall be in Vendor’s scope of supply. Minor civil work, chipping work required for adjustments of rails etc., sealing of all broken holes, grouting of inserts or supports required, steel scaffolding etc. shall be vendor’s scope. Main civil work for pit, lift shaft and machine room is excluded from vendor’s scope. Vendor shall consider all the required consumables,chemicals, lubricants etc. for initial charge, commissioning and site performance guarantee run.
