(ix) Compact CI0.2S power measurement device (PMD) , confirming to IEC 61557-12, with battery backed-up real time clock, 4th CT for neutral and ground current measurement, dual ethernet ports for daisy chain communication, internal webpage, up to 63rd harmonic (magnitude and direction(, two relay outputs for circuit breaker monitoring and control, multi-tarrif schedule, peak demand with time stamping D/T for current and power. Notes : (i) The bidder shall furnish dimentional drawings opf the items offrede, indicationg all the fittings, dimentional tolerances, typical GADs of the windings etc, with details of insulation at each point and core point and core construction, etc for approval of the Garrison Engineer. (ii) The bidder shall intimate the Garrison Engineer of the routine tests in accordance with IEC 62271-200 & IEC 62271-100 in the OEM factory in presence of a representative nominated by the Garrison Engineer before dispatch.
Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of Ring Main Unit (RMU) outdoor type, 11 KV , 630 Amp, 20 KV outdoor extensible SF6 gas insulated 5 Way floor mounted compact switchgear with copper busbar consisting of 01 Nos of incoming VCB and 04 Nos outgoing Circuit breaker the coupling should be at the top of RMU through bolted connection & sleeved busbar covered with insulating boots, All live parts, busbar, VCB will be closed in robotically welded 2.5 mm thick non ferrite non-magnetic stainless steel tank filled with SF6 with IP class IP-67 leak rate not less than 1.0% and tested for internal arc 20 KA/sec as per latest IEC 62271-200. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standards fittings complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Incomig VCB-01 No/Outgoing VCB-04 Nos. consisting of following:- (i) Manual Operated 630 Amps Vaccum circuit breaker having two position double spring mechanism. (ii) Three position disconnector/earthing switch down stream/vaccum circuit breaker. (iii) Three position single spring mechanism for disconnector/earthing switch. (iv) Live cable LED indicators thru capacitor voltage dividers mounted on the bushngs. (v) Green (ON/Red OFF) push buttons to operate load break switch locally. (vi) 3 O/C + 1 E/F Self powered numerical protection relay with low and high set for over current and earth fault, relay should have facility to display the maximum loaded phase current also. (vii) Resin cast ring core metering CTs. (viii) Resin cast ring core protection CTs.
Material & Labour for Earthing complete with galvanozed steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connecting with galvanized iron earth wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and provision of GI tubing medium grade (ISI marked) of size 15mm for protection of GI earth wire upto test point, 20mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, RCC pit cover of size 300x300x40mm reinforced with XPM having weight not less than 4Kg/sqmm including 6mm thick MS bar handle made to shape, PCC pit with 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, excavation, earth work in any type of soil, removal of excavated soil and returning filling in all as required at site complete all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Note : Rates inclusive of necessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work, PCC pit, RCC cover, funnel with watering pipe, GI wire upto upto 7.5 m long for connecting to test point etc all as required at site for complete earthing ) and dismantling old defective earthpit.

S&F cable route marker of size 100mmx5mm thick GI plate with insertion there on bolted welded to 35mm x 35 mm x 6mm angle iron 60 cm long and grouting the same in ground with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as required for HT cable including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed.
Note: The amount of credit schedule i.e 2,43,440.00 as per Sch of credit shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
