Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as on floorings including, finishing the surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) providing in plinth protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as on floorings including finishing the surface even and smooth with using extra cement as on floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as on floorings including finishing the surface even and smooth with using extra cement as on floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as on floorings including finishing the surface even and smooth with using extra cement as on floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F glass dividing strips, 3mm thick, 38mm wide, laid in position conforming to design pattern as approved complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work in one brick thick walls with sub- class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 20cmx20cmx25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with white cement and pigment in floors, over and including 20mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) as screed bed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for endura rustic tiles of size 30cmx3cmx10mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, as on floors, etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colured cement to match over and including 20mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) as screed bed complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge of broken stone or boulders n. exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n. exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerbs including necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) plaster on fair faces brick work or cement concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings including necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type D-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channels, drains, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, Class NP2, laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 24 here-in-before but 300mm bore.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe of 150mm bore after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 24 here-in-before but for 300mm bore of pipe.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for broken glass coping on top of compound wall in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-410-W Grade-E-250 quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exc. 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described for and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of zinc chrome red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and fixing chain link fabric fencing made of GI wire PVC coated of wire of 4mm dia, of required width in mesh size 50x50mm including strengthening with 2mm dia 6 nos wire, nuts, bolts and washers as required complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 11 to 15mm dia of shank mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, but length of bolt exc. 5cm but n. exc. 10cm complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- The contract sum shall be derived by deducting the amount shown in Schedule of Credit attached to this tender from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
