Breaking of Loose Concrete on the Bottom Surface of Beam, Dismantling, removing and chipping mechanically all loose disintegrated hollow damaged concrete up to the good concrete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Item rate is inclusive of charges for labour, supervision, tools, tackles, safety of equipment and shifting of concrete debris to the designated place etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Hacking and Removal of Laitance on the Concrete Surfaces of the Two Vertical Faces of Beam Hacking and removal of laitance of existing surfaces of concrete by using mechanical pneumatic hammer or other suitable devices as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Item rate is inclusive of charges for labour, supervision, tools, tackles, safety of equipment and shifting of concrete debris to the designated place etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Shear Keys Providing and fixing shear keys using 10 mm diameter TMT bars after drilling holes of 12mm diameter and 100 mm depth at 1 m interval along the bottom surface and 1 no. along the depth and at 1 m interval along the length and 02 Nos. per sqm area on the concrete substrate, cleaning and grouting the holes with two component epoxy resin based anchoring grout from SIKA/equivalent material. Item rate is inclusive of the materials, all labour, supervision, tools and tackles, complete as per specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Polymer Modified Micro-Concrete Providing and laying of polymer modified micro-concrete like Asian Paints Smartcare Microconcrete HS/equivalent material blended with washed, saturated surface-dry (SSD), graded, low absorption, high density aggregates of size 5mm to 10mm at 25% by weight of micro-concrete and water at 4 litres per 25 kg bag and pouring into the form work using suitable pumping device for uniform flow of concrete. The side shuttering can be removed after 3 days and the bottom shuttering after 7 days ensuring proper bond between the micro concrete and existing concrete substrate. Item rate inclusive of all materials, labour, supervision, tools, tackles, transportation, fixing thin film coated water tight shuttering, drilling of holes for pumping microconcrete and filling after pumping, curing, complete as per specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Protective Coating Providing, and applying Elastomeric, Anti carbonation, Crack Bridging having an elongation of 70%, Anti corrosive, UV resistant, Solvent based Pure Aliphatic Acrylate System Asian Paints Smartcare APCOREP MONOPOL/equivalent material on the exterior faces of buildings conforming to ASTM D 4541-02 having Electrochemical impedance of 107 Ω and achieving dry film thickness of minimum 160 microns in a primer coat followed by two top coats using brush or spray after complete cleaning & removal of oil, grease or loose particles from the surface and as per the recommendation of the manufacturers. Item rate inclusive of all materials, labour, supervision, tools, tackles, transportation, complete as per specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Surface Preparation: Raking out the horizontal and vertical joints of RR masonry in to minimum depth of 50mm or twice the width of mortar as joints wherever is higher , the upstream face of Dam to remove all the loose pointing using hand grinding machine with diamond wheel (manual / mechanical means), cleaning the raked joints with wire brush followed by compressed air and water jets with variable pressure of 30-250 bars, drying the raked joints. The rate shall include the cost of materials, hire charges of necessary equipment, cost for disposal of debris within a distance of 500 m and stacking outside submerging periphery of the reservoir, scaffolding/hanging platform etc complete as per the direction of the departmental officers
Injection Grouting: Treating the internal cavities of upto 1metre deep in the RR masonry using injection pressure grouting by drilling hole of 25mm dia and 300mm deep in triangular pattern at an angle of 450 . Fix PVC nozzles of 12mm dia & 200mm deep using quick setting cement Mix OPC 43 grade cement with water in ratio 0.35 - 0.4 as per the consistency required and by adding polymer rubber based latex at 1 litre per bag of cement and plasticized expanding - non shrink grout admixture @ 225 gms per bag of cement and grouting the same by using 40 psi grouting pump. The grouting material shall give min compressive strength of 35 N/mm in 28 days when tested in 10cm cube. on completion of grouting, the top portion of the PVC pipe shall be cut and seal with cement putty Per Kg (cement) 7.55 the rate shall include the cost of materials, hire charges of necessary equipment, scaffolding / hanging platform, pulley arrangement, etc complete per the direction of the departmental officers.
Cavity Filing: Providing and flling the deeper cavities of the R R masonry which are beyond 5 cm and up to 18 cm using non-shrink, cementitious micro concrete mixed water at ratio 0.16 to fill the gaps where normal access is restricted and to achieve proper compatibility and placement without vibration. The micro concrete shall contain no chloride admixture and provides minimum compressve strengh of 40 N/mm2 in 7 days & 50 N/mm2 28 days when tested in 70.7mm cube The product shal have controlled expansion characteristics of 1 t0 4% when tested as per ASTM C 827 - 1987. The rate shall include the cost of materiais; hire charges of, necessary equipent, scaffolding /hanging platform , pulley arrangement, etc complete as per the direction of the departmental officers.
Pointing Mortar: Providing and filling the pointing mortar in the horizontal and vertical joints of RR masonry in the upstream face of Dam to an average depth of 2 times the thickness of joint, (25mm thick and 50mm depth and finishing T joint as done for raised pointing) on the faces 5mm to 10mm on masonry rock surface with 10mm thick by applying a priming coat with solvert free epory bonding agent Inside the joints with a brush and filling properly these joints with "shrinkage controlled - non shrink, abrasion resistant, UV resistant, impermeable połymer modifed cementtious high specification repair mortar system" mixed with water in the ratio of 0.16 should prove fully adéquate and will give compressive strength of min 45 N/mm2 in 7 days & 70 N/mm2 in 28 days, tensile strength of min 4 N/mm2 in 28 days flexural strength of min 9 N/mm2 in 28 days, permeatility less than 5mm, Water absorptions less than 2%, Rapid chloride permeability < 1800 columbs and nicely pointed. On completion of the pointing treatment provide a single component transparent silicone tased repellent costing as a sealer coat by brush or spray application. The rate shall include the cost of material hire charges of necessary equipment, scaffolding / hanging platorm, pulley arrangement. etc complete as per the direction of the departmental officers
Providing steel platform for sides and sofits including supports and strutting upto 3.00m height for plain surface such as working platform, for deck slab, Rib, Spandral column and deck slab beam etc., with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm x 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 6mm for platform laid over silver oak (country wood) joist of size 10cm x 6.50cm spaced at about 90 cms c/c and supported by iron gribs etc., complete.and as per the direction of the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best quality Double charged Vertified tiles 800 x 800 x 10mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid with 3mm spacer, in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification.
Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of size 1200 x 600 of 18 / 20mm thick of Synthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Dadooing the walls with best approved quality Ceramic Tiles of size 300mm x 600mm x10mm best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. /sq.mneatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying wrought fixing Ornamental Teakwood entrance door as per the drawing and designs approved by the departmental officers. The size of the opening is 2.10X 2.40. The outer frame of the door is 150mmx125mm teakwood. The main door shutter opening size is 1.80 X 2.03m. The main door should be double leaves and each door shutter fully panelled. The door panells shall be of 50mm thick teakwood planks with ornamental designs approved by the Executive Engineer. The Lock rail and bottom shall be of 200 x 50mm tk teakwood, top rail 230x50mm tk teakwood. The door frames and shutters shall be given of cost of best approved quality melamine finish. The rate inclusive of cost of approved quality teakwood, 10mm thick designed toughedned glass Special type Heavy Brass Aldrop 300mm X 20mm. Special type heavy Brass tower bolt 300mm Length. Special type heavy Brass tower bolt 250mm Length. The cost includes cost of material, labour charges, conveyance charges, fixing charges, designing charges and glass design charges, electricity charges and all other incidental charges., etc. All materials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works. Supplying ,fabricating and fixing in position of steel frame without bottom frame, of size 100X60mm rectangular section with necessary rebate 30mmX15mm, to host the shutter,using 1.25mm thick (18 guage) CRCA cold rolled frame steel plate confirming to ISI specified ensured of right butt joint riveted hold assembly with nylon insert,not be welded with special purpose hard ware.Proclaimed including phopating as per ISI with rust preventive primer ready to assemble condition for easy installation at site including dismantling,making necessary chipping and holes in RCC columns, walls with power drills to the extent required ,including providing concrete 1:2:4 inside the box curing etc complete.The cost includes the cost of hold fast ,plastic bush, insert receiver,rubber bottom,shock absorber etc complete as directed by the departmental officers in all floors.
Supplying and fixing solid core particle board flush shutter of nominal thick of 35 mm with necessary T.W. internal lipping conforming to IS 2302 with both sides alround commercial ply 35mm thick including supplying and fixing cost of wind appliances and furniture fittings such as 1no .200x12mm tower bolt 2nos. 150x12mm tower bolts 1no. 250x16mm aldrops, 3 nos. 200mm ‘D’ type door handle and door stopper with bush etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.
Single leaf
Solid PVC door shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm, with suitable rabate for housing the shutter.
UPVC Window Specification: Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. Manufacturing supplying and fixing of steel door Single leaf with the following specification MS angels of size 40x40x6mm are used for the outer frames and M.S. angles of size 35x35x5mm for the shutter frames stiffeners with 32 x 6mm M.S flat is provided at required intervals in the shutter frame. 18-gauge C.R. sheet laid as panel in the shutter and welded intact.
