Taking down carefully existing aluminium/Copper point wiring light, fan socket or power bell complete with fitting such as sockets, ceiling roses, pendants batten holders regulators socket, call bells & making good to the disturbed surfaces of walls, matching the colour with existing Surface all as spd and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Rate for making good shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Taking down unserviceable main switches and MCB distribution boards single phase ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for Point wiring complete with 1100 volts grade FRLS insulated unsheathed cable of copper conductor cable multi stranded of size 1.5 Sqmm single core including PVC rigid concealed conduit medium grade of suitable size (not less than 20mm dia) with all accessories such as bend reducers /MS hooks, MS junction box 1.2mm thick MS pressed sunken terminal boxes of suitable sizes for mounting of switches sockets, fan regulators etc covered with 3.15 mm thick bakelite laminated (Hylem/Anchor) top cover including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm PVC strandedcopper conductor unsheathed, insulated stranded (Green colour) connected to common earth point dolly ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge .for the following:-
