Repair to STP main panel control panel by disconnecting all electric connections and dismentling the annuciator, alongwith all connected parts and reassembling after necesssary repair, replacement of lugs,dressing of cable, replacement of connectror blocks, nuts bolts and washers of suitable size and joints complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentling and disconnecting of all electrical connections of non clog submercible pump rating 9.5 KW & discharge of 60 m3/hr , taking out from sewge well dismantling of pump, shaft impeller unit etc and shifting it to work shop for reparing and reassembling and return back from work shop after repair to the site by transport and lowring it to sewage well after testing and commissioning complete all as specifiec and directed by Engineer in charge. Note :- Spare parts and rewinding shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for, Dismentaling/opening the burnt motor, (Rotor & stator ) rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper winding as per existing gauge including insulation material cotton tape, varnish, insulation paper, sleeves and dry and backing etc including replacing of bearing and reassembling complete motor. complete all as directed. Note - (1) The contractor will furnish six months warranty against any kind of defect for the repair carried out after the date of installation all as directed

Material & labour for taking out MBBR media from tank & cleaning of MBBR tank ( Dia 7.8 mt & height 6.2 mt) for 2.5 MLD STP , by cleaning with brush entire internal surface by removing dirt , sludge etc and applying bleaching powder and fresh water. The cleaning of tank includes following (a) Taking out MS/HDPE pipe with strainer , descaling the pipe and taking out the strainer , cleaning of strainer/ repair by suitable welding or replacement of stainless steel bars as required at site. (b) Descaling of air grid and cleaning of holes for air piping (c)Applying red oxide on all piping inside MBBR tanks and inner surface of tanks and then two coats of epoxy paint.

Material & labour for cleaning of tube settler with intermidiate tank ( length 12.7 mt, width 6.5 mt) for 2.5 MLD STP , by cleaning with brush entire internal surface by removing dirt , sludge etc and applying bleaching powder and fresh water and clean entire surface repeatedly with fresh water and draining out soiled water . cleaning of chennals and applying chemical inside Tube settlet tank and inner surface walls of tanks with two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Note - Quoted rates shall include ladder for man entring in to tank for removing of sludge from tank and de watering will be the contractor scope under his own arrangements.

Material and labour for Cleaning of Grit chamber, Bar screen & stilling tank as described below :- (i) Dewatering with submercible / sludge pump to empty the sump/tank upto base level. (ii) Removing sludge from sump wall and bottom with the help of special sludge pump and remaining dirt which may have hidden in rough slots of the bottom mannualy with brush.(iii) After cleaning the sump apply bleaching powder for disinsfection of sump. Note - Cleaning of Grit Chamber, Bar Screen, Stiling chamber will be considered as one job for payment.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of one MBBR tank and apply two coat of exterior acrylic emulsion paint, colour and make as approved by Engineer-in-Charge complete including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel first quality paint including making black ground surface for marking/ writing of date of cleaning, due date of cleaning, capacity of tank in front side of colour and at height as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make of the paint shall be as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Arrangement of scafoalings, safety belts, helments and other safety gears while painting are responsibility of contractor. The contractor should take the insurance of his workforce who are working on heightsThe cost of these secuiryht/ safety measures are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. Dismentling old unserviceable valve pits and constructing of brick masonary pits of internal dimensions 1mx1mx1.2m ( bottom PCC floor of the pit should be minimum 30 cms below the bottom surface of sluice valve flange to provide sufficient working space) , brick work shall be in CM 1:4, floor of the pit shall be in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 10 cm thick with 20 mm stone aggregate, inner and exposed surfaces and bottom floor of the pit should be plastered in CM (1:4) 15 MM thick. The sluice valve and other fittings should be housed in centre of the pit. The vertices of the pit should in right angle and champhered .The top cover of the pit will be made out of MS sheet min 2mm thick with angle iron frame made out of MS angle 50mm x50 mmx 6 mm with galvanised steel hindges two nos , and locking arrangements duly painted with two coats of water resistant synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide.

Taking down old ACSR conductor and supply . fixing and testing of Aerial bunch cable (AB) LT grade 1.1 KV of size 1 core 35 sq mm + 1core x 25 sq mm (bare messenger) constitute of two core stranded compacted circular aluminium conductor screened with black extruded semiconducting compound, natural colour XLPE insulated and one layer of copper tape and covered with black extruded PVC (core identification buy colour tape marking red, yellow and blue with colour tape placed longitudinally under the copper tape ) and one bare messenger wire shall be stranded not compacted circular aluminium alloy conductor. complete all as specified and directed. S & F in replacement junction box poly corbonate size 200x140x 95 mm with glass fibre reinforced , environment friendly, recylable, UV resistant , halogen and silicon free anti acid and anti corrosive IP 66/67 in accordance with IE rule internally embedded gasket, junction box including 3 phase 415 volt aluminium bus bar and din rail for fixing the MCB including one No MCB SP 6A 10KA to control the street light including necessary clamps, nuts bolts to fix the junction box with poles all specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of electric pole removing complete dust and other deposited materials by cleaning from steel tubular pole of length upto 9 to 12 metres cross arms, bracing, clamps etc and painting with one coat of aluminium paint, retaining and repainting existing marking on pole and replacement of reflective band of 3M brand RED -YELLOW-RED alternate coloured 3 numbers of minimum 5 CM in height wrapped all around the pole all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying,connecting, in replacement XLPE insulated armoured (under ground) heavy duty electic cable with stranded aluminum conductor 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core laid in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes/ in floor/ road/ along the pole including finding out the fault in cable complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (a) (1) Excavation earth work, road cutting, brick for cable protection and sand cushioning shall be measured & paid separately. A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/ dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
