Taking up electric driven submersible motor & pumping set of any capacity from bore well complete with column pipe upto submersion depth by using chain pulley and allied T&P required and development of tube well not less than 10 Hrs and upto 16 Hrs by using chemical and with suitable capacity air compressor by blowing air into the bore well with necessary vertical tubing equipment (till obtaining sand/mud free water upto the complete satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge/GE), including to and fro hire charges of special T&P and including lowering of pump and motor, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge/GE. (Note : Special T&P and DHPP(N) to be arranged by the contractor.)

M&L for disconnecting of defective Air compressor from the Pump house including motor of 3 phase and Compressor alongwith metal pipe including disconnection electric connection as required and dismantling spare parts of Air Compressor of any size and motor overhauling and rewinding, greasing, testing and separating the unserviceable parts cleaning the serviceable parts, re-metalling machinery polishing and re-assembling including replacement of old consumable parts such as oil, air filter etc and necessary painting apply spray paint with two coat of synethetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Replacement of spare items are measured as "Supply only" and paid separately.

Supply, install, testing and comissioning cheminject chemical dozing pump (Make: Rmco model RC-11) available capacity 6 Ltr/hr @ 4kg back pressure, with suction and discharge pipe, foot valve, injection check valve, including FRP solution preparation cum settling tank (Make: Rmco model CDS - 100) of capacity 100 Ltr fitted with speed reducing motor and SS-316 agitator including taking down old U/S one complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : RMCO or equivalent make as approved by GE.

M&L for cleaning of P.S. over head reservoir of capacity 10000 gallons internally installed at 40 to 50 feet height staging at different places at Dinjan, cleaning by brooming and rubbing with coir brush, taking out of mud/silt etc and cleaning again with bleaching powder to all internal urfaces, washing with water and taking all rubbish from the tank and emoving the same to a distance not exc 50 mtr and writing date of leaning etc. with paint complete all as required and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cleaning the RCC Overhead reservoir for capacity of 40000 gallon at 23 mtr height using high pressure jet pump and taking out dirt from the tank and make dirt free and sterlize the tank with antibacterial agent (H2O2) biodegrable echo-friendly in nature and totally safe for drinking water and finally put an ultra violet ray inside the tank to kill the wave-length if any, making the tank absolutely bacteria free for the tank loading including writing the date of cleaning at outside of OHT using thetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for cleaning of external steel surface of existing PS Over Head Tank installed at height of 40' to 50' by complete removal of old paints/rust by applying detergent and scrapping/wire brushing/sand papering and washing with clear water and painting of external surface of PS OH tank complete with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including painting of structure, sluice valve and connected all pipe lines from tank to borewell as per colour coding as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Cost of Temporary structure/truss for painting deem to be included in quoted rate.

M&L for white wash of valve pit and painting of valve pit cover at inner and outer surface of any size using synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning and removing all scales and dirt/dust from existing PVC/RCC tank of capacity exc 500 ltrs but n.exc 1000 ltrs without dismantalling of tank incl necessary cleaning of inlet and outlet pipe at opening portion and at mouth etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only gland packing 8/10 mm Make CHAMPION or equivalent make complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only bleaching powder 32 to 35% chlorine content at AGE E/M store yard of GE Dinjan. The make shall be as per approved list issued by E - in - C's branch for the year 2016-17. Note : (1) The contractor has to produce manufactures test certificate and paid vrs while supply of bleaching powder disinfectant . (2) The brand of chemical shall be approved by GE before in corporation in the work.,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Cleaning of underground tanks 11000 gallons capacity including taking out storage/dirt from tank and cleaning side and bottom walls by brooming and rubbing with coir brush, taking out of mud/silt etc and cleaning again with bleaching powder to all internal urfaces, washing with water and taking all rubbish from the tank and throwing away as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : T&P items such as pipe, ladder, and pump etc as required deem to be included in quoted rate.

M&L for one coat of lead free black bituminous paints suitable for drinking water grade to inner surface of steel water tanks over 10cm width of girth including preparation of old surfaces of pressed steel plate surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces over 10cm width of girth complete including preparation of old surfaces of steel surfaces by scrapping, rubbing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only rubber gasket 2 mm thick as approved complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only rubber gasket 4/6 mm thick as approved complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only high strength calcium white or off white free flowing granular or tablet form (Calcium Hypo Chlorite 65 to 70% chlorine content) chlorination chemical decomposing in 45 Kg plastic drum calcium based granular disinfectant more stable than chlorine gas, highly stable in sealed container, no sodium / iron / mercury / heary metal contaminations. Make : PURE CHLOR of M/S SHRI RAYALASEEMA HI-STRENGTH HYPO LTD/ M/S POTTER & WATTS CORPORATION/ M/S DECLIBACK TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (a) The contractor has to produce manufactures test certificate in original indicating Batch No date of manufacturing and paid Vrs while supply of calcium based granular disinfectant. (b) Clacium based granular disinfectant shall be brought at site in sealed plastic container of appropriate capacity / size. (c) Brand of chemical shall be approved by GE before in corporation of work. Only fresh lot (not more then two months old at the time of received material) shall be supplied by the contractor. Batch No and date should be marked on every container. (d) Contractor must submit COC (certificate of compliance) in original from manufacturers by all India authorised MES distributor for each batch of product delevered indicating including chemical analysis report by all India authorised distributor.

Dismantling existing pressed steel plate of size 1.22m x 1.22m x 6mm thick including taking out jointing bolts, nuts, washers, etc from 10000 gallons over head pressed steel tank installed at 12 to 15 m high staging for repair, cleaning, replacement of unserviceable plates, etc and removing unserviceable plates from site and keeping serviceable plates, bolts & nuts in safe custody for reuse in the work all complete as required and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Cost of staging/working platform as involved for the above operation in deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer.)

S & F bracing, supports, cleats, clamp, etc as per existing size and thickness fabricated from stuructural steel such as angles, flat, channel, etc as required for pressed steel tank & staging at 12 m to 15 m height including cutting, drilling holes, welding as necessary to suit the site requirement and including two coats of lead free black bituminous paint suitable for drinking water internally and two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer externally after preparation of steel surfaces including dismantling of existing one complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S & F factory made pressed steel plate of size 1.22m x 1.22m x 6mm thick placed on existing position at 12 m to 15 m high staging of over head water tank including necessary jointing/connecting materials such as lead wool, rubber gasket, bituminous compound with & including (new) mild steel bolts, nuts, washers, etc as required at site to make the joints perfectly leak proof all as per manufacturer's insturctions including testing of water tightness of the tank complete and including painting with two coats lead free black bituminous paints suitable for drinking water internally over a coat of primer and two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer externally after preparation of steel surfaces complete and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Make : Buildsworth or as per existing/equivlant make as approved by GE)

Fixing only serviceable pressed steel plate obtained from item No 122 above after necessary repair, adjustment, cleaning, washing etc and connecting with jointing materials such as lead wool, rubber gasket, bituminous compound, bolts, nuts & washers etc as required to make the joints perfectly leaf proof and testing for water tightness of the tank complete as directed the Engr-in-Charge. (Note : (a) Old serviceable bolts & nuts obtained from item No 122 above shall be reused after cleaning. (b) New bolts, nuts & washers wherever required as a replacement of old one as directed by the Engr-in-Charge shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" under relevant item here-in-after.)

Supply only machine made bolts, nuts and washers made with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other end or both ends to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, (dia of bolt 5 to 10 mm and length n.exc 5 cm) as directed. (Note : This item is applicable for item No 128 above only)

M & L for repairing of old joints of plates in position by unscrewing the jointing bolts, taking out jointing materials such as lead wire/tapes, lead wool, gasket, bituminous compound and replacing with new machine made bolts, nuts, washers as per existing size, gasket, lead wool, bituminous compound suitable for portable water and MS cleats wherever required complete to make the existing defective joints perfectly leak proof and testing for water tightness of the tank complete as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old ordinary unserviceable water level indicator from Over Head PS tank by removing broken rope and connected items and S&F Stainless steel wire rope, multistranded 3 mm dia, 40 RM (approx), repair/replacement of MS Sheet 2 mm thick 5 x 0.6mtr fix on angle iron support, Markers fixed on PS tank dom duly painted and writing in figures for showing water Qty complete heavy duty float, counter weight and heavy duty driving gear wheels line fitted all in GI housing including cutting the RCC slab and making good the disturbed surfaces and necessary connected items for smooth functioning of water Qty complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only OT solution for chlorine test of 500 ml each to AGE E/M Dinjan store yard complete all as specified and directed. (Make : RMCO or equivalent make as approved by GE.)

Supply only iron test kit with solution (3 btls X 500 ml each) complete all as specified and as directed. Make : RMCO or equivalent make as approved by GE

Supply only pocket type chlorine test kit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make : RMCO model Chlorotest or equivalent make as approved by GE.)

M&L for opening completely pressure filter (IRP) & oxidation chamber of capacity 10000 GPH and taking out exhausted filter media, dismantling of worn out PVC strainers and nozzles,scrapping, washing inside of filter vessel and disposal of exhausted filter media materials to a distance not exc 50m from site of iron removal filter plant and refilling old serviceable filter media & MnO2 compound by cleaning, washing and repair/welding as required to make the pressure filter shell leak proof for improving the strength and finally reassembling including refilling of new filter media, strainers, nozzles etc in existing position, replacing worn out gasket and nut, bolts and washers etc writing date of cleaning and due date with paint of specific colour complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: New filter media, strainers shall be measured and paid separately.

Suppy of new push/threaded type PVC strainer industrial type suitable for water filtration plant of capacity 10000 GPH to match with existing one at IRP Bed complete all as specified and as directed. Make : RMCO or equivalent.

Supply only special course sand from "Barakar river" as in filter media suitable for use in existing filtration plant complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only cleaned & dust free Filter gravel from "Barakar river" of size 3mm to 6mm including washing properly before use as in filter media suitable for use in existing filtration plant complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only cleaned & dust free Filter gravel from "Barakar river" of size 7mm to 12mm including washing properly before use as in filter media suitable for use in existing filtration plant complete all as specified and as directed.
