Filling in foundation and plinth with sand watered and rammed with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and all labour, T&P, etc. complete as directed E.I.C.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation using 4cm size black broken granite stone aggregates of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm(6") thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance royality taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete i as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Plain/Reinforced M-15 Cement Concrete with 20mm to 40mm size stone aggregate in foundations upto a depth of 1.5m below ground level and upto a height of 1.5m above ground level / bed level including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Providing cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with 12mm size clean crusher broken granite chips aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick including frame work where necessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering if necessary with cost, conveyance taxes royalty labour of all materials and including hire and running charges of machinaries T&P required for the work including supplying and working of pumps and cess as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Straightening bent up or coiled rods cutting bending,binding, cranking hooking, welding jointing (if required) the M.S.Rods or Tor steel & binding wires and binding tying the grills hoisting lowering & placing in proper position as required for RCC works with cost conveyance & taxes of M.S. Rods or Tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with all T&P required for the work with cess etc,complete in all floors (weight of binding wire will not be considered for payment and payment will be made on weight of M.S. Rods or Tor steel only) etc. in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) including all cost and conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials etc.complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing Cement Paints ( two coats ) over wall surface including cost of paints etc. complete.
