M&L for Repair to potholes, any depth not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or scoring sunken surfaces in road, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making road around by filling in screened a graded road metal, watering and well ramming(including supply of road metal) using power roller of 8-12 tonne capacity and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 6kg per 10sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-10 on top surface all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.

M&L for scrarifying and picking gravelled , macadem or bituminous macadem surfaces in area not exceeding 400 sqm and depth not exceeding 50 mm, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam, (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less ) , using binder content @ 4% binder content by weight of total mix with paving bitumen VG-30 rolled and compacted to required camber & gradient using 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller laid with mechanical paver complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS01 @ 3 Kg per 10 per Sqm on black top surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder content (using bitumen grade VG-30) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant using design mix, and laid with mechanical paver and rolled and compacted using 8 to 12 tonne capacity vibratory tandom power road roller to achieve the required compactness , to required camber & gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

M&L for painting 2.5mm thick road marking strips not.exceeding 10 cm width or girth for layout of centre line,dashes, rows, speed breakers, writing letters etc, with thermoplastic road marking paint (reflective) of specified shade or colour by using fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads speser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater oven by experienced operator on road surface incuding road marking paint spray machine as in lines, dashes letters, arrows etc complete all as specified and directed.
