Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in two coats (10mm thick under coat and 5mm thick finishing coat) on external surfaces such as stone masonry or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 surface is to be finished even and fair without using extra cement and finishing coat plaster shall be mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying three coats of white wash including preparation of new plastered surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of weather proof acrylic emulsion anti-fungal exterior base paint over a coat of weather proof acrylic emulsion exterior base primer including preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confirming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) Any damages to flooring tiles during repairing shall be rectified and made good as per existing flooring without any extra cost to the Govt. (ii) No extra payment shall be allowed for making additional arrangement for fixing/ removing old wooden beams, channels, rafters, etc.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix vitreous china wash hand basin of size 550mm x 400mm white flat back with and including 32mm brass chromium plated waste fittings with PVC waste pipe, PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 375mm, 15mm dia brass chromium plated Pillar tap with capstan heads, 75mm dia PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain with grating square 150mm size of PTMT including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets with and including provision of brackets fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors jointed with rubber lubricant complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for concrete bed to drain pipes of 110mm bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Thickness of bed below the barrel of pipes shall be 10cm. (ii) Width of bed shall be outer diameter of drain pipes (not of sockets/ collars) plus 30 cm

Supply and fix 110 mm PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 20mm bore galvanised iron steel water tubing of medium grade with and including all fittings including all pipe fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, unions, reducing tees, adaptors, sockets, plugs, hose clips, nipples, short lengths etc. as required at site, complete with saddles (snap clips), wall clips, hooks, protective mild steel tube sleeves and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for white nonskid ceramic tile 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18sqm, laid in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300mm x 200mm x 7mm thick laid in vertical surfaces of wall such as skirting, dados and riser to step set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the tile surface laid over and including15mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed
