M&L Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Note for Item No 13 & 14:- (Pre-painted coloured Galvalume roofing) :-

(i) The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate for the chemical and mechanical properties of sheet must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation.

(ii) The contractor shall ensured that no leakages take place from the roof. The roofing shall be Coloured Galvalume roofing system (olive green colour or as approved by GE) with feed material manufactured from 0.50 mm Total coated thickness (TCT), minimum 550 MPa yield strength and shall conform to the physical specifications of IS: 2062 of 2011, coated with hot dip metallic Aluminium / Zinc alloy coating AZ150 as 150 gm/sq.mt total on both sides.

(iii) The painting shall be coloured baked enamel polyester with silicon coating of film thickness 25 microns nominal on the exposed face/exterior side and on the reverse side ( interior face) shall be white with 15 microns film thickness, over a coat of 5 micron nominal thickness Primer.

S&F MS plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment conforming to Fe-290 (Gde- E-165) complete all as specified and directed

S & F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt, welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade ST-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc. conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges, large hasps and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts; clamps, hold fasts, wall ties, hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item No 23 :- (a) All synthetic enamel paint, shall be of 1st quality manufactured by the standard firms of make as specified.

(b) The contractor shall inform the GE, within three weeks of the acceptance of the tender, the brand/names of the manufacturers of paint proposed to be used in the works and submit samples thereof and obtain prior written approval of GE before their use in works.

(c) The contractor shall when so required by the GE, produce certificate from the manufacturer or their representative to establish that the brands of paints purchased by the contractor from them, satisfy the requirements of the relevant Indian Standards. Tint of paint, will be approved by the GE.

(d) Paints shall be obtained direct from approved manufacturer or from their authorized agents only of respective brands mentioned below and brought to site in sealed containers. The paint so procured shall be of first quality of any approved make as per list of makes specified. i. Berger Paints (Luxol), ii. Jenson & Nicholson (Brolac), iii. Shalimar Paints(Superlac), iv. Goodlass Nerolac (Nerolac), v. Asian Paints(Apcolite)

(e ) Unless otherwise specified the tints of paint shall be as approved by the GE

(f) The contractor shall submit samples of the paints proposed for the work along with results of tests conducted in approved laboratory as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for approval.

(g) The surface shall be thoroughly cleaned and dusted. All dirt scales oil and grease shall be thoroughly removed before painting is started. The prepared surface shall be inspected and approved by the GE before painting is commenced. The weather shall not be foggy/rainy, dusty or windy. The suitability of the weather will be determined by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(h) No hair marks from the brush or clogging of paint buddles shall be left on the work. Surface shall ordinarily not be painted until it has dried up completely. Trial patches of paint shall be laid at intervals to check if drying is satisfactory.

(e) Unless otherwise specified the tints of paint shall be as approved by the GE

(f) The contractor shall submit samples of the paints proposed for the work along with results of tests conducted in approved laboratory as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for approval.

M & L filling under floors or in foundations using sand including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregrate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M & L pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, type C-1, PCC 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded aggregate, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation on newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 2 mm thick plaster of paris putty and one coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F High strength corrosion resistant TMT steel bars of Grade Fe–500 of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and directed.

S&F High strength corrosion resistant, TMT steel bar of grade Fe-500, 5 mm dia and above and up to 10 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips in stirrups , spacers and binders etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and as directed

M & L formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed

M&L form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing and similar work: not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Spreading and levelling with soils in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer including watering and well ramming complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken stones or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type-D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base floors for receiving tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick, light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick, light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in vertical surfaces such as skirting/ dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including backing coat with 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item No 47 & 48 :- (i) Vitrified tiles are classified under group B1a of the international Standard for ceramic tiles ISO: 13006. Tiles shall be hard, dense, impervious and frost resistant. Water absorption of tiles shall be less than 0.5% and flexural strength (Modulus of Rupture) shall be more than 35 N/Sqmm.

(ii) The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate of Tiles must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation.

M & L 75mm thick, plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates), as in plinth protection/path/hard standing including making joints @ 3.00 metre intervals and at each corner, the joint shall be filled with mastic filling (to full depth) comprising of one part heated hot blown bitumen 85/25 & two parts heated sand (by volume), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item No 51 :- The concrete shall be laid at a stretch not exceeding 3 metre in length and width of joint shall not be more than 12 mm.

M & L mild steel rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc conforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance exceeding 1.5 KM but not exceeding 5KM and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L False ceiling using GI snap grid size 60x60cm with main runner 38x24,wall angle & cross tee 29x24mm wall angle 24x24mm suspended with 4mm dia GI Wire fixed with steel dash fasteners carrying max load upto 8.1 Kg/Sqcm with 4mm thick designer ceiling board complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing factory made UPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) upto 1.50m height made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead /double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window above 1.75 sqm) comprising of uPVC multichambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. and provided with Clear Glass of Saint Gobain / Modiguard make with thickness of 4mm and stainless steel wire cloth of 0.19mm nominal dia. M&L Second class hard wood plain, solid, straight Chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing 30 mm thick factory made flush shutter solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both faces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 100mm long Butt hinges medium weight cold rolled Mild steel complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150mm extruded aluminum alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 200 mm long aluminum anodized barrel tower bolt extruded section complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item No 63 :- supply of water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Note for item No 67 & 68 :- (a) The unit rate quoted is deemed to include the cost of short lengths, with all pipe fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces connectors, elbows, reducers, unions, sockets etc and fixing accessories such as pipe hooks, screws clamps etc

(b) Wall thickness of pipes shall be all as per IS : 15801

M & L flat three core, 10 Sqmm, PVC insulated and sheathed industrial copper cable for submersible pump motor 1100V, conforming to IS 694, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cutting existing road/PCC/Drain for laying of GI or any type of pipe including necessary earth work, excavation exc 600mm depth but not exc 1mtr depth & wide 800mm including making good the existing surface with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm aggregate thickness of concrete is 150mm complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No 88 :- The tenderer shall take into consideration for following points while quoting his rate for this item and the unit rate is deemed to be included for :-

(i) Earth work excavation in any type of soil

(ii) Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

(iii) Removing excavated material to out side MD land

(iv) Laying of any type/any bore of pipe in trenches including taking down any description. Supply of pipe will be measured and paid separately

(v) 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 as in top/finishing layer

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of geared motor and deep groove ball bearing integrated high volume low speed fan (Hanger fan) of sweep dia 24 feet having 05 No of blades made of high-grade aluminium alloy 6061 T6 material, anodised silver finish, 9° dihedral angle-blades swept up by 9° from the horizontal to maximize the area covered by the airflow with the same power consumption, DIN 17100 impeller grade, helical two stage inline gearbox, Danfoss FC 51 drive type, Hub integrated to the drive indirectly with a deep groove ball bearing for a safe and secure assembly, 1.5 KW (2HP), 50Hz, 415V three phase induction motor, reversible type, integrated VFD controlled of RPM 0 to 52, analog input speed setting through 0 to 10 volts, Airflow 6,0,3000 CFM, coverage area around 29700 sqft, noise level @ 3 meter below fan <65 dB, digital/ analog control, touch screen HMI, shall be connected to building management system, LCP control, Real time data monitoring system, through mobile app functioning of maximum 5 HVLS fan shall be able to control. It should be communicated through modbus RTU 485, real time turn ON/ OFF as per requirement, as a safety measure shall have 2 stage structure failure protection for impeller and hub assembly, GI wire rope for blade and extension tube, GI wire rope anchor for motor chassis, power system switch gear protection complete all as specified and as directed by manufacturer/ Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Ecoair model No Ultra ULTFN7E or equivalent in make specified in PS

Note for item No 95 :- (a) The unit quoted rate shall be included the cost of AMC for smooth functioning of above mentioned system for 12 months after actual completion of work.

(b) During maintenance period, if he fails to do so, the Accepting Officer has all the right to recover the cost incurred to make the system functional from the contractor, the way it deems appropriate.

(c) To make necessary arrangement to provide three phase power upto the HVLS fan will be the responsibility of the contractor and cost for the same shall deem to be included in the unit quoted rate.

(d) Necessary T&P and equipments like boom lift/ scaffolding, safety belt etc will be arranged by the contractor and cost for the same shall deem to be included in the unit quoted rate.

(e) The contractor shall submit design and structural stability certificate of HVLS fan duly vetted by the IIT/NIT prior to installation. The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive for design and consultancy charges of structural stability for fitting of high volume low speed fan vetted by IIT/NIT complete all as specified and directed.
