Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 Mix (one part cement, five part sand and ten part of aggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO: 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1: 5 (one cement five sand) in foundation and basement using best HBG Rough stone and Band stone with simultaneous flush pointing etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as per drawings and as directed by departmental Engineers using new rough stone & sufficient bond stones with simultaneous pointing including all cost & conveyance of materials.

Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand) using new best II Class Bricks of size 9 ” x 4 3/8 “x 2 3/4 ” from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications

Supplying and erectioning steel sheet centering and shuttering including necessery supports for plain surface in foundation and basement for RCC roof rectancular or T beams, L beams, lintel and bedblock staircase waist slap and landing beam etc., with all bracing using M.S sheets spaced at 75cm C/C etc., completly complying with standard specifications.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 Mix (One part cement, one and half part sand and three part of aggregate)using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing but excluding cost of reinforcement etc. Complete with std. Specifications.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles 23 C.m x 23 C.m x 2 C.m size using cement mortor 1:3 mix mixed with 2% by weight of Crude Oil and pointing with Cement Mortor 1:3 mix Cost of all materials and labour charges and brick jelly concrete etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Supplying and fabricating and placing in position of MS or RTS rods for all rainforced works including cost of steel and binding wire and all labour for cutting and fabrication and other incidental charges etc., completly complying with standard specifications.

Ceiling Plastering in cm 1:3, 10mm thick including cost and conveyence all materials to site and all labour charges and incidental charges etc.,completly complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing over the floors best quality of scratch ceramic tiles of 30 c.m x 30c.m x 6mm size of approved colour laying with cement mortor 1:2 mix pointing the joints with colour pigments etc. Complete.

Paving the floor with design Eurocon Tiles in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand ) 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement etc,complete as per standard specification.

Dadooing sides of walls with Glazed tils of size 0.15mX0.15mX0.006m including cost and conveyance and all labour and materials complete complying with standard specifications and drawings and as directed by the departmental Engineers.

Supplying and fixing of 16mm thick bison shutter including cost of suitable "T" hinges, bolt nuts, handle and cost of teak wood lipping for alround the bison shutters. Including cost and conveyance and labour charges for wrought and put up etc., complete.

Supply and fixing in position of RCC Jolly 50mmtk including cost and conveyance of all material to site and all other labour charges for fixing etc., Complete.

Supply of thousand ltr. capacity PVC water tank including cost and conveyance Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental Engineers.

White washing two coats with best quality of slacked shell lime including cost and conveyence all charges etc.,completly complying with standard specifications.

Painting the new walls two coats over one coat of priming with best Emulsion paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing of M.S. grill of approved design for Gate, doors, windows and ventilaors using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outermembers xhich should be fixed to window frames inclusive of priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specifications.
