Taking out by raising/lowering of submersible sewage pump set of 12 HP make:- AQUA with the help of chain pully block or any suitable means from sewage sump after disconnecting electric and sewage coupling connections, dismantling pump and motor for carrying out repairs /replecement of defective parts, cleaning of impeller and volute casing, clogged discharge line, reassembling, painting the pump set and reinstallation into sewage sump connecting, testing complete to all running parameters all as directed. Note:- (i) Replacement of defective parts, rewinding of motor and Dewatering will be paid saperately under respective sch of this work. (ii) Contractor has to make own arrngement for pumping of sewage effluents from sump well as long as pump remains under repair/rewinding by fitting his own pump including other T&P etc , all T&P shall be brought by contractor and nothing will be issued by department. (iii) Rate shall be deemed inclusive of lifting/lowering, transporation of pump etc and other T&P required for the job. (iv) Pump shall be repaired & reinstalled with in 10 days from the date of handing over to contractor.

M&L for rewinding 3 phase, 415V electric motor capacity 12 HP of non clog submersible Sewage pumps after dismantling the stator and rotor, removing burnt windings, cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with super enamelled quality hermatic grade copper winding wire of proper gauge and number of turns as per the existing windings, (Class 'F' insulation including varnish, pre-heating to remove moisture and vaccum pressure impregnated for air bubble free varnishing, with slot liners & seperators, fibre - glass sleeves, baking to 150 degree C for 12 hrs in special baking oven to suit the motor for IP-68 protection) of the 12 HP motor reassembling and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Spares/parts to be replaced shall be measured & paid separately under respective items

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate electrode at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level and including GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate electrode at one end and connected to metallic bodies of HT/LT equipments etc at the other end, earth strip encased in and including 50 mm bore GI medium grade pipe with all fittings from top of earth plate electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including 25x 6mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washers and including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from Bottom of concrete pit to top of earth plate electrode complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I.
