Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains ,making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished,and reforming benching as required for 160mm bore pipe.

S&F Chequered cement concrete commercial Tiles30cm x 30cm x 20 to 22mm /30cmx30cmx20 to 25mm thick of with grey cement and pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and cut and polished laid ande over and including 15mm Screed in CM 1:6 including all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of blocked sewage line of any dia by rodding from one manhole to next manhole and washing through in fresh water including removing all sludge, tree roots from the sewage lines and disposed off properly outside the MD land complete all as directed.
