Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: In lime mortar.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 with 15% plums and curing concrete including the cost of formwork for plain/ reinforced concrete in retaining walls, breast walls the size of plum should be 150 to 300 mm as per drawing and HP, PWD technical specifications.

Stone filling behind retaining walls.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry/plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
