Dismantling the outdoor and indoor unit of Split type air conditioner, 1.5 ton capacity after removing refrigerant pipe connection, electric wire connection including refixing in the same position after following repairs and complete servicing of machine complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge :- (a) Repairs of the suction and discharge tube and cooling coil and replacement of heat resistive thermocol, tube for gas & liquid line. (b) De-scaling the complete refrigeration system with carbon tetra chloride solution, replacement of defective capillary tube, strainer and dryer unit of required size assembling the system, leakage test of the system by applying approximate head and vacuum up to (-) 75 Cm column of mercury. (c) Recharging of gas with suitable refrigerant as required and testing the cooling effect satisfactorily on full load after re-installation of air condition complete all as directed. Note : Refrigerant Gas shall be measured and paid separately as 'Supply only' items.

Note : Cost of minor spare parts shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the tenderer.

S&F in repair Sheet metal enclosures with socket plug top & MCB single pole & neutral enclosure with a two pin & earth plug and socket complete with one single pole and neutral MCB -240 Volt- 20 Amps, 'C' series etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Havells Cat No: DHDPUSN020 or equivalent of L&T/ Legrand/Schneider.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two single core 6.0 sqmm FRLSH, ISI marked PVC insulated multi stranded, unsheathed copper conductor cable and one single core unsheathed FRLSH , ISI marked, PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable of size 6.0 sqmm green colour as earth lead including PVC casing capping of suitable size complete all as specified and directed, including taking down unservicable one.(Note: two run of 6.0 sqmm cable , one run of earth wire of 6.0 sqmm and one run of PVC casing capping shall be measured as one length).Make- Cable- Finolex / RR cable / Havells / V K Industries PVC Casing Capping- Presto plast/Finolex/Kalinga.
