M&L for taking up/lifting of defective submersible motor and pump assembly complete of any type/size upto 20 HP with unserviceable cable of any make and capacity from deep tube/bore well (of any depth) after providing lifting tools and tackles complete as required at site, carefully disconnecting of all electric connections, water connections including dismantling of column pipe lines shaft (of any size and length stage by stage) and keeping them aside under safe custody for reuse (after repairing of the pump and motor assembly) at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for lowering of repaired submersible motor and pump assembly complete of any type/size upto 20HP capacity with submersible cable of any make and size complete in deep tube/bore well of any depth coupling with pump and motor, including connecting and lowering of column pipe line shaft of any size and length (stage by stage) carefully with the help of necessary tools and tackles, including providing PVC insluated steel rope (stranded) of 8mm dia, duly fixed with the motor pump set with U bolts and clampsof suitable size fixed on the clamps for mechanical support for the motor pump set and anchoring outside the bore well of suitable length reconnecting of all electric and water connections with new nuts bolts washers and rubber gasket and testing on load upto the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Submersible cable shall be measured & paid seperately as supply only under respective item.

Supply only flat submersible cable, three core, copper conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm, including providing necessary connection and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 03 here in before but flat submersible cable of size 4.0 Sqmm

Supply only MCB, TPN, 63 amps rating, 415 volts grade, 10 KA , C curve complete all as specified and directed.Cat Part No.408661 of Legrand or equivalent make in L&T/ Havells/ C&S/ ABB.

M&L for rewinding of burnt submersible motor, 10 Hp to 15 Hp capacity, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz of any make with PVC insulated super enmelled copper wire of same (old) gauge as per manufacturer's instruction / specifications after dismantling / cutting out old burnt winding from stator assembly, cleaning of slots properly complete with insulating materials, packing, sleeves, papers, matching works, including servicing / overhauling of pump and re-assemblying of motor and pump including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer after preperation of external surfaces and water proof jointing for submersible cable 3 core complete all as specified and directed with and including transportation of unserviceable motor and pump assembly to nearest authorised workshop for repair from site and back the same after repair / servicing and overhauling at site. Note : The spare parts required for overhauling / servicing of submersible pump assembly except winding wire, labour charges, tools, and other items described above, shall be measured and paid as 'supply only' separately under relevant items.

Testing of water sample of various pump houses of Bagrakote Mil Stn for bacteriological and chemical testing (Systematic analysis) from Govt approved laboratory and submit the report to the department all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge, (water shall be tested twice during the contract period ie in every three months)

M&L for cleaning and washing (inside area only) of RCC overhead tank of 50000 gallons capacity upto 60 feet height staging including scraping out all scaling, deposit and algae formations and silt / sticky matters adhering tank bottom surface, scraping and washing tank surface with approved grade of chemicals twice followed by re-cleaning with plain potable water to remove any trace of chemical, including white washing with one coat of lime to the internal surface of the tank and removing the green vegetation from outer surface of wall /on top surface of the tank etc complete all as directed. (i) On completion of cleaning of tank, date of cleaning to be marked / written clearly on tank surface in an accessible location with letters or figure not exc 20cm high viz “TANK CLEANED ON ----”(ii) Cleaning of tank to be carried out after instruction issued by the Engr-in-Charge
