Note for Serial Item No 01 to 15 : 1. The 'Date of Cleaning' and 'Due on' shall be written with synthetic enamel paint prominently on the tanks cleaned all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of this aspect. 2. The T&P required for cleaning of the tanks is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.
