Schedule 'A' Section - I

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillers complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 100 kg / Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No. 3.00 above but " except bricks" complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4 with or without WPC @ 2.5% by weight of cement finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (If WPC used shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only ).

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of old brick/stone or concrete surfaces at any height incl walls, cornices etc. in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement (External surface) & curing and incl taking down old plaster, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonary ,brought up to courses,well bonded,bedded and solidly hearted built in cement morter 1:6 including racking or cutting out joints complete all as specidfied and directed by Engr-in- charge.

All as per item No. 7.00 above but " except stone" complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cements 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in benching, plinth course, lacing courses, parapets, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughts and the like incl weathering, slightly rounded or champfered angles and throating incl use and waste of necessary form work complete all as spd.

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonel rubble, uncoursed or brought up to courses in CM 1:4 complete all as specidfied and directed by Engr-in- charge.

M&L for providing cast-in-situ of plan cement concrete (Bond Stone) type C-1 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and set in cement morter 1:6 between stone masonary, complete all as specidfied and directed by Engr-in- charge.

M&L for Hand packing (thickness) of Broken stone or boulders at back of walls/retaining wall over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level complete.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls incl cornices, chajjas, sun shades etc. and applying two coat of cement base paint, complete all as specified.

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc in hard/dense soil

Removing exacavated soil n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point

Demolition and breaking up to 300mm dia drain/sewer pipes below ground level (salt glazed stoneware, AC or reinforced concrete and PVC) set in cement mortar incl haunching PCC at any depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 150mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors and tested including fittings (bend, door bend, elbow, tee etc) of same grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for salt glazed stone ware drain pipe laid in trenches and jointed by rubber rings, all as specified (internal dia of pipe 200mm bore pipe) complete all as specified

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes 300mm bore as in drain or sewer line, class NP2, laid in trenches and jointed by rubber rings with collars complete.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed to drain/sewer pipes and including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipes (300mm bore pipe) after the pipe are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed to drain/sewer pipes and including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipes (150mm bore pipe) after the pipe are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed to drain/sewer pipes and including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipes (200mm bore pipe) after the pipe are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or ¾ section) in plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required, internal dia of pipe 150mm all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in culverts or cover slabs (manholes, septic, soakage etc) set in cement mortar (1:4) incl necessay formwork and demolition of RCC complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 8mm/10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thick ( below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type C2 using 12.5mm graded agg as in surface channel or drains ('L' or 'U' shape) incl necessary formwork and scafolding etc all as spd and directed.

Extra for foriming fair finished drain as channel of cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds mitred/stopped end etc.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 as in sub base & in foundation concrete all as specified .

Amount of credit of Rs. 104628.70 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
